老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖的临床护理要点研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖的临床护理要点并进行研究。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年1月该院接治的老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组应用常规方法进行护理，研究组在对照组基础上进行低血糖临床护理干预，对比两组患者低血糖发生率及发病时间。结果 研究组低血糖发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者低血糖发病时间多为进餐前30 min或夜间，两组发病时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖患者临床护理过程中，在常规护理基础上进行低血糖临床护理干预，能够有效控制低血糖发生率，应当在临床护理中广泛应用。

Research on Clinical Nursing Key Points of Hypoglycemia of Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical nursing key points of hypoglycemia of senile patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 86 cases of senile type 2 diabetes patients with hypoglycemia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group used the routine method for nursing， while the research group used the hypoglycemia nursing intervention on the basis of the control group， and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia and onset time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the research group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the onset time of hypoglycemia of the two groups was in 30min before dieting or night， and there was no obvious difference in the onset time between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion The hypoglycemia clinical nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing in the clinical nursing course of senile patients with type 2 diabetes and hypoglycemia can effectively control the incidence rate of hypoglycemia， which should be widely applied in clinical nursing.

2型糖尿病在臨床中属于代谢功能异常疾病，该疾病在目前呈现出低龄化和高发病率趋势，相关临床研究证明，2型糖尿病患者的代谢功能在疾病影响下发生异常，患者机体长期处于高血糖情况下会使其神经末梢和微血管都发生程度不同的病变情况，最终导致各种情况严重的并发症发生[1-2]。基于此点，该院于2016年1月—2017年1月在老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖患者治疗过程中，在常规护理基础上进行低血糖临床护理干预，取得满意效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院接治的老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖患者86例，随机分为两组，两组各43例。纳入标准：患者经过临床诊断确诊为2型糖尿病且有低血糖症状存在、疾病病程在2年以上、知情并同意该院该次研究。……
