综合护理管理对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果

[摘要] 目的 探究对于妊娠糖尿病患者进行综合护理管理可对血糖控制起到的效果。 方法 选取该院2016年9月—2017年9月前来就诊的患有妊娠糖尿病的患者42例随机分为研究组和对照组各21例，对照组患者采取常规护理，研究组患者实行综合护理，2周之后对比两组患者护理效果。 结果 通过对比发现，研究组患者的早，午，晚餐后以及空腹时血糖水平要显著低于对照组患者（P<0.05），研究组患者满意度为95.24%，显著高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。 结论 对妊娠糖尿病患者实施综合护理管理显示出更有效的结果，显著降低患者体内血糖，值得临床推广。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Management on Blood Glucose Control in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing management on gestational diabetes mellitus for blood glucose control. Methods Forty-two patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group and control group （n=21）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing ， 2 weeks after the two groups of patients compared the nursing effect. Results The blood glucose level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.24%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus showed more effective results， significantly reduced blood glucose in patients， worthy of clinical promotion.

妊娠糖尿病（GDM）是一種在妊娠期才出现的糖尿病[1]，在妊娠前糖代谢表现正常或仅有潜在的糖耐量减退，是常见的妊娠期并发症，对母儿均会产生毒性影响[2]，可能引起巨大胎儿，胚胎异常，妊娠期高血压，酮症酸[3]中毒等急性并发症，严重时危机孕妇和胎儿生命，因而在妊娠期关键要做好护理工作，实时监测孕妇体内血糖水平并进行干预，减少并发症发生或对并发症的发生采取及时措施。综合护理的提出旨在通过对妊娠期糖尿病患者周全护理，控制患者体内血糖水平，促进母婴健康发展。该次研究选取该院2016年9月—2017年9月期间的护理事例进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选择该院来就诊的妊娠糖尿病患者42例随机分为对照组和研究组各21例，其中对照组患者年龄为23～41岁，平均年龄为（28.32±3.86）岁，孕周为28～40周，平均孕周为（35.4±2.77）周，有17例初产妇，其余4例为经产妇；研究组患者年龄为24～43岁，平均年龄为（28.82±4.11）岁，孕周为27～40周，平均孕周为（36.2±3.18）周，有16例初产妇，其余5例为经产妇。……
