大隐静脉闭合系统用于糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张患者治疗的价值研究

[摘要] 目的 研究在糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张患者治疗后应用大隐静脉闭合系统的临床效果。方法 选择2016年12月—2017年11月该院糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张患者70例，依据患者接受手术治疗的方式进行分组，观察组、对照組各35例，相应实施大隐静脉闭合系统基础上的手术治疗、常规手术治疗，比较两组治疗效果及治疗安全性。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%，对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后血糖水平明显低于对照组，观察组治疗后手术相关不良情况发生率为8.57%，对照组治疗后手术相关不良情况发生率为28.57%（P<0.05）。结论 在糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张患者治疗中应用大隐静脉闭合系统能够提升治疗效果，且能减少手术相关不良情况，保证治疗安全性，可在临床推广。

Research on Value of Great Saphenous Vein Closure System in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetes and Varicose Vein of Lower Extremity

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical effect of great saphenous vein closure system in the treatment of patients with diabetes and varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods 70 cases of patients with diabetes and varicose vein of lower extremity admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each， respectively treated with great saphenous vein closure system and routine surgery， and the treatment effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 97.14% and 77.14%（P<0.05）， after treatment， the blood glucose level in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group， and the incidence rate of operation related adverse events in the observation group and in the control group after operation was respectively 8.57% and 28.57%（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of great saphenous vein closure system in the treatment of patients with diabetes and varicose vein of lower extremity can reduce the operation related adverse events， and ensure the treatment safety， and it can be promoted in clinic.

糖尿病是中老年人群较多出现的一类糖代谢紊乱疾病，以2型糖尿病居多，患者病情进展后会伴发多种并发症，下肢浅静脉曲张发生率较高，临床下肢浅静脉曲张的症状表现主要包括患肢静脉乏力、迂曲、沉重、扩张，症状严重的患者会出现溃疡或者皮肤湿疹，最终对患者患肢活动功能会造成严重损害，直接降低患者生活质量[1-2]。统计数据显示，当前下肢浅静脉曲张呈现出逐渐升高趋势。手术是治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的中药方法，以往应用的常规手术治疗虽然也有一定效果，能够控制患者病情症状，不过术后会出现比较明显的并发症[3-4]。近些年逐渐出现了治疗的新方法，大隐静脉闭合系统被逐渐用于下肢浅静脉曲张的治疗中，临床症状效果明显[5]。不过针对糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张的患者，应用大隐静脉闭合系统治疗能否获得良好效果还缺少研究。该研究具体分析该院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的35例糖尿病合并下肢静脉曲张患者接受大隐静脉闭合系统治疗的效果，现报道如下。……
