探讨活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病性眼底出血的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 研究分析糖尿病性眼底出血患者接受活血化瘀治疗的临床效果，为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。 方法 根据该院2008年4月—2011年3月接收的糖尿病性眼底出血患者来进行研究分析，将患者分成对照组和观察组，均有38例，对照组患者接受二甲双胍降糖治疗，改善微循环，提供维生素E和C进行治疗，观察组使用了活血化瘀的中药治疗方式。对了两组进行2个月治疗，比较分析治疗情况。 结果 该研究对比分析了两组患者的视力情况，观察组的临床治疗有效率是89.47%，对照组的临床治疗有效率是71.05%，两组的治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组和对照组患者的眼底出血治疗效果对比为，观察组有效率86.84%，对照组是65.79%，两组患者的治疗结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 糖尿病性眼底出血临床中使用活血化瘀法治疗的效果比较优秀，我们推介在临床中使用。

Study on Clinical Observation on Huoxue Huayu Method in Treatment of Diabetic Eyeground Bleeding

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of huoxue huayu method in treatment of Diabetic Eyeground Bleeding thus providing reliable basis for the clinical treatment. Methods 76 cases of patients with diabetic eyeground bleeding admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2008 to March 2011 were selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each， the control group used the metformin hypoglycemic therapy， and improved the microcirculation， and used the vitamin E and vitamin C for treatment， and the observation group used the huoxue huayu method for TCM treatment， and both groups were treated for two months， and the treatment condition was compared and analyzed. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 89.47% and 71.05%， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the curative effect of eyeground bleeding in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 86.84% and 65.79%， and the difference in the treatment effect between the two groups was obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The huoxue huayu method in treatment of diabetic eyeground bleeding can obtain a better effect， which can be promoted and applied in clinic.

糖尿病性眼底出血是糖尿病視网膜病变的一种表现，患者的视网膜血管破裂出血，并且有新生的血管产生，该疾病的发展程度和胆红素水平有直接联系[1]，糖化血红蛋白水平上升和患者的病变程度存在正相关性[2]。中医领域将糖尿病性眼底出血归纳为血灌瞳神和暴盲[3]。该疾病的产生时阴虚火旺、津亏液少导致的，眼部脉络的血液不通畅，在眼部积压，导致了出血。长期的瘀滞会给新生血管提供条件[4]。糖尿病性眼底出血在中医领域认为是“消渴目病”，患者因为糖尿病而导致的眼部疾病。此次就中医治疗的效果开展分析，对中医活血化瘀治疗该疾病的临床效果开展研究分析，分析2008年4月—2011年3月间该院接收的糖尿病性眼底出血患者的临床资料，现报道如下。……
