金融衍生工具在企业财务管理中的应用研究

摘要：目前，我国经济全球化的不断发展和改进使得我国社会经济得到快速发展，导致以往的金融工具适应不来目前企业财务管理的新要求。根据近阶段国际金融市场的情况，使得现代企业管理开始加大对财务管理工作的注重，并将各种各样的衍生金融工具带入到企业财务管理中。本文对衍生金融工具进行了系统的分析，讨论了衍生金融工具在企业管理中的应用，为衍生金融工具在企业财务管理中的应用提出一些参考。

Abstract： At present， the continuous development and improvement of China's economic globalization have made China's social economy develop rapidly and lead to the fact that the previous financial instruments cannot adapt to the new requirements of current corporate financial management. According to the situation of the international financial market in the recent period， modern enterprise management has begun to increase its focus on financial management， and has brought a variety of financial derivatives into corporate financial management. This paper systematically analyzes financial derivatives， discusses the application of financial derivatives in enterprise management， to provide some references for the application of financial derivatives in corporate financial management.

0 引言

随着全球一体化的发展，我国企业迎来了新的发展机遇。机遇和挑战是相互存在的。针对激烈的市场竞争，金融市场价格的快速更新导致企业财务的风险日益增多。怎样才能将财务风险管理稳定，已然变成企业的难题。然而财务管理风险的掌控以及落实财务管理的目标由于衍生工具的出现又拥有了新的出路。

1 衍生金融工具解析

1.1 衍生金融工具的内涵

根据当前这块研究区域的状况来看，还未给出一致定义。站在金融学的研究角度思考，定义为，传统工具是根基，依次从金融市场慢慢延伸出来，直到依据金融市场的变化而更改，统称为合约区域[1]。对其进行这一层次的定义比较简单，与此同时，对其讲述的也不仔细。从会计学研究角度来看可以为其定义为，根据金融市场价格的改变而改变，包含一些时期内金融市场的利率和汇率的改变，对刚开始给出的投资没有实现约束，运用以往结算形式。……
