刺络放血联合中药外敷在痛风关节炎临床护理中的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探究分析刺络放血联合中药外敷对痛风关节炎的临床护理效果与意义。方法 选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院收治的痛风性关节炎患者80例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组 40例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组方法的基础上给予刺络放血中药外敷护理，比较两组护理后的效果。结果 两组患者护理前的疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）； 观察组护理后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者护理后不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 刺络放血联合中药外敷可以明显提高临床急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果，护理的可靠性、安全性和患者的满意度均比较高，值得推广应用。

Application effect of blood-letting therapy combined with external-application of Chinese herbs in clinical nursing of gout arthritis

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing effect and significance of blood-letting therapy combined with external-application of Chinese herbs on gout arthritis.Methods A total of 80 gouty arthritis patients were selected from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional nursing method，and the observation group was treated by external application of puncture bloodletting traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group method.The effect of the two groups after nursing was compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）.The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The combination of blood-letting therapy and external-application of traditional Chinese herbs can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with acute gouty arthritis.The reliability，safety，and patient satisfaction on nursing are all relatively higher compared with the conventional mode，which is worthy of application and promotion.

痛風关节炎即痛风，患者的主要发病原因是长期的嘌呤代谢障碍和体内的血尿酸升高，严重情况下患者会出现功能障碍等[1]。 近几年，人们的生活节奏加快，生活压力随之增加。痛风的发病率呈现为明显升高趋势，通过西医方式进行治疗的主要机制就是抗炎、 免疫抑制剂，同时促进患者体内尿酸的排泄，实现缓解症状的作用效果，但是长时间服用药物会对患者胃肠道刺激较大，因此患者治疗后会出现较为严重的胃肠反应，发生肝肾功能异常情况的概率也比较高[2-3]。为此，本院从中医药角度出发，对患者进行刺络放血联合中药外敷辨治急性痛风性关节炎。为探究其治疗效果和意义，特选取病例进行探究分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
