口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺失的效果探讨

[摘要] 目的 观察应用口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺失患者的疗效。方法 在该院2016年11月—2017年11月治疗的牙列缺失患者中随机挑选92例作为研究对象，根据治疗措施的不同将其平均分为两组各46例，其中接受常规口腔修复治疗的设为对照组，接受口腔种植修复治疗的设为观察组，比较两种治疗方案的疗效差异。 结果 研究表明，观察组患者咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观程度、固定程度4方面评分依次为（93.55±4.42）分、（95.53±4.63）分、（93.64±3.25）分、（94.57±3.63）分，而对照组患者咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观程度、固定程度4方面评分依次为（82.40±2.75）分、（81.41±3.55）分、（80.62±2.53）分、（80.37±3.62）分（P<0.05）；观察组患者修复总有效率为42例（91.30%），对照组患者修复总有效率为33例（71.78%）（χ2=5.84，P<0.05）。 结论 牙列缺失患者接受口腔种植修复治疗，不仅能够提高治疗效果，而且能够减少后期各种不良事件的发生率，效果显著，值得临床推广。

Study on Effect of Oral Implantology Repair in Treatment of Deletion of Dentition

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of oral implantology repair in treatment of deletion of dentition. Methods 92 cases of patients with deletion of dentition treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases according to the different measures， the control group used the routine oral repair， while the observation group used the oral implantology repair， and the difference in the curative effect between the two treatment plans was compared. Results The research showed that the chewing function， language function， beauty degree and fixation degree in the observation group and in the control group were respectively（93.55±4.42）points， （95.53±4.63） points，（93.64±3.25）points，（94.57±3.63）points and （82.40±2.75）points， （81.41±3.55）points， （80.62±2.53）points，（80.37±3.62） points（P<0.05）， and the total repair effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 42 cases（91.30%） and 33 cases（71.78%） （χ2=5.84， P<0.05）. Conclusion The oral implantology repair in treatment of deletion of dentition can improve the treatment effect， which can reduce the incidence rate of various adverse events and the effect is obvious， and it is worth clinical promotion.

牙列缺失在臨床极为常见，其发生和龋齿、牙周炎等密切相关，研究表明，牙列缺失不仅对患者牙齿咀嚼、发音等功能造成不同程度的影响，同时还会降低患者牙齿美观度[1]。牙列缺失的治疗措施很多，以往的修复方式对牙列缺失数据较少且牙床健康的患者较为适用，牙列缺失数目多、牙周健康度低的患者则需要寻找其他治疗措施[2]。近年来口腔种植修复治疗在临床应用越来越多，其通过将和人体具有较高相容性的材料作为牙根并植入到受损的牙床中，以此形成坚固的基桩和骨紧密结合，已在牙列缺失治疗中取得显著效果[3-4]。为了提高牙列缺失患者的治疗效果，该院对2016年11月—2017年11月治疗的92例牙列缺失患者分别采取常规口腔修复和口腔种植修复两种方案治疗，取得了一定的研究成果，现报道如下。……
