大黄蛰虫丸配合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床探讨

[摘要] 目的 分析大黃蛰虫丸配合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2014年6月—2017年5月收治的160例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组，对照组78例给予常规西药治疗，观察组82例在对照组基础上加大黄蛰虫丸治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 对照组、观察组治疗总有效率85.90%、95.12%组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.004，P=0.045）；治疗后两组血肌酐、血尿素氮水平、血尿酸水平均明显优于治疗前，且观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组腰痛、面色晦暗情况评分均明显低于治疗前，且观察组（0.84±0.12）分、（0.63±0.21）分明显低于对照组（1.14±0.23）分、（1.59±0.57）分（t=10.416、14.269，P=0.000、0.000）；两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 大黄蛰虫丸配合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果理想，可有效改善患者肾脏功能，且用药安全性高，值得推广。

Clinical Study on Dahuangzhechong Pill Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Renal Function Failure

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of dahuangzhechong pill combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic renal function failure. Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic renal function failure admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group with 78 cases used the routine western medicine for treatment， while the observation group with 82 cases were treated with dahuangzhechong pill on the basis of the control group， and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 85.90%， 95.12%， and the difference was obvious （χ2=4.004， P=0.045） ， and the Serum creatinine， blood urea nitrogen level， blood uric acid levels of the two groups after treatment were obviously better than those before treatment， and various indicators in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（P<0.05）， after treatment， the scores of low back pain and dark face of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment，[（0.84±0.12）points，（0.63±0.21）points vs （1.14±0.23）points，（1.59±0.57）points（t=10.416， 14.269， P=0.000， 0.000）， and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of dahuangzhechong pill combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic renal function failure is ideal， which can effectively improve the renal function with high medication safety， and it is worth promotion.

慢性肾功能衰竭好发于继发性或原发性肾脏疾病晚期，指的是诸多慢性肾脏病所致肾小球滤过率降低、肾脏其他功能损害，进而引发的代谢紊乱、患者同时表现出相应临床症状的综合征。与非慢性肾功能衰竭患者相比，慢性肾功能衰竭患者死亡风险高出100倍左右[1]，因此对其应积极治疗，改善患者预后。西药对于慢性肾功能衰竭主要是针对病因治疗、调节代谢紊乱状态等，效果不够理想[2]。近年来该院为部分慢性肾功能衰竭患者尝试在西药基础上加入大黄蛰虫丸，效果理想，方便选取该院2014年6月—2017年5月收治的160例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，以随机分组方式给予不同药物治疗，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取该院收治的160例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，均与慢性肾衰竭的西医诊断标准相符，疾病为肾衰竭代偿期及失代偿期，经中医辨证为血瘀证，主症为腰痛、面色晦暗；……
