新常态下提高技师院校实训效能的思考

摘 要 实训教学是提高技师院校学生操作技能的核心。针对技师院校实训教学存在的“双师型”教师队伍不足，实训室效能低，实训资源未合理配置，校外实训基地管理难，实训管理制度不健全等问题，提出加强“双师型”教师队伍建设，建立高水平的实训室，强化校外实训基地管理，实现实训资源高效利用，创新实训管理机制的建议。

Abstract Practical teaching is the core of skills improving for techni-

cal college students. The following problems including the problems of shortage of double qualified teachers in practical teaching， the low

efficiency of training room， the unreasonable allocated training re-sources， the difficult management of outside school training base and

the unperfected training management system were common in tech-nical colleges. In order to solve the above problems， the suggestions of strengthening the construction of the double teachers and the management of outside school training base， establishing high level training room， realizing efficient utilization of practical training resources and innovating the management mechanism of practical training was offered in this paper.

1 前言

技师院校是培养生产、建设、服务、管理一线具有较强操作能力、职业能力的技能型人才的摇篮[1]，而实践性、应用性和专业性是技师院校人才培养的本质特点。所培养的毕业生是否被社会认可，是评价技师学院办学质量高低的重要指标。随着我国工业化的发展和科学技术的不断进步，社会需要越来越多具有熟练生产知识和技能的高素质技术人才，这就要求技师院校学生既要有较强的理论基础，又要有熟练的实践操作技能，而实训教学则是提高学生实际动手能力，拓展学生操作技能，培养学生良好职业习惯、道德素养的重要手段[2]。技师院校要紧跟现代技师教育的发展方向，以学生发展为中心，不断提升教师的实践能力，加强实训室硬件建设，健全实训室管理制度，实现实训资源的高效利用[1]。

2 技师院校实训工作存在的主要问题
