王友仁通调厥阴法治疗乳腺增生经验探析

摘要：北京按摩医院名老专家王友仁在乳腺增生治疗上独辟蹊径，认为乳腺增生与厥阴系统在病因病机、经络、经筋方面关系密切，总结为“乳腺增生，厥阴为之”，并以“不正则痛”“不通则痛”“不顺则痛”的内科病治疗思路为指导，重视正骨、俞募配穴及经筋理论在内科病中的应用，运用推拿通调厥阴法治疗乳腺增生病具有舒适感高、无需局部操作、疗效确切等特点。

Discussion on WANG You-rens Experience in Using Regulating Jueyin Method

for the Treatment of Breast Hyperplasia

Abstract： Senior expert WANG You-ren in Beijing Massage Hospital has unique method in treating breast hyperplasia， who believes that Jueyin system is closely related with breast hyperplasia in etiology and pathogenesis， meridians， and muscles. It is concluded as “Breast hyperplasia， related with Jueyin meridian”. Guided by the treatment thoughts of internal medicine “crook may cause pain”， “block may cause pain”， and “not smooth may cause pain”， WANG You-ren attaches importance to bone-setting， Shu and Mu acupoints simultaneous application and meridian theory in medical applications. The use of Tuina regualting Jueyin method for the treatment of breast hyperplasia is with high comfort， without local operation， with the exact efficacy and other characteristics.

本院王友仁主任醫师是第四批北京市老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，从事推拿临床50余载，博采众长，积累了许多治疗内科杂症经验，尤以“通调厥阴法”治疗乳腺增生病最为擅长。笔者有幸随师临证，受益良多，现将王师相关经验介绍如下。

1 病因病机

乳腺增生是由生理增生和乳腺结构在数量和形态上的异常导致的一种腺体增生病变，好发于中青年女子。本病属中医学“乳癖”范畴，多由情志内伤，肝郁痰凝，痰瘀互结，或因肝肾不足，冲任失调，痰湿内结所致，用药物治疗虽有疗效，但存在一定的局限性，很难彻底治愈，且复发率比较高。近年来，临床采用中医针灸或推拿治疗，取得较好效果，但一般在乳房局部肿块操作，或选取疏肝理气、调理冲任的穴位，不仅施术不便，且辨证过于单一。

王师对乳腺增生病的发病机理有独特见解，认为“乳腺增生，厥阴为之”。首先，足厥阴肝经从下而上达于乳房，且乳头属肝，而手厥阴心包经从胸走手，其经筋、经别分布于腋下及乳房附近，可见厥阴之气灌注于乳房，与乳房健康息息相关。……
