情感账户管理在骨科优质护理中的应用效果分析

[摘要] 目的 分析情感账户管理在骨科优质护理中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2015年7月—2017年12月该院骨科收治的100例患者作为研究对象，按照数字随机法将患者分成两组，一组采用常规护理方式，为参照组，一组在此基础上实施情感账户管理，为研究组，对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果 经护理后，研究组患者的护理满意度为96%（48例），高于参照组的为80%（40例）（χ2=6.060 6，P<0.05）；研究组患者情感账户中基础护理、专科护理、护理病历书写、危重病患护理等7个项目平均分值均在85分以上，均高于参照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为（2.1±1.1）分、（1.8±1.2）分，与参照组数据比较差异有统计学意义（t=8.737 3，6.796 3，P<0.05）。结论 在骨科优质护理中，实施情感账户管理，有助于提升各项护理工作的质量，并缓解患者的不良情绪，给予患者充分的关怀和情感体验，提升患者的护理满意度，该护理方式具有较高的临床应用价值。

Analysis of Application Effect of Emotional Account Management in the Excellent Nursing in the Department of Orthopedics

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of emotional account management in the excellent nursing in the department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group used the routine nursing way， while the research group used the emotional account nursing， and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was higher than that in the control group， （96% vs 80%， 48 cases vs 40 cases）（χ2=6.060 6，P<0.05）；and the basic nursing， special nursing， nursing medical records writing， critical nursing in the research group were more than 85 points， which were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05），and the SAS and SDS scores in the research group were respectively （2.1±1.1）points and （1.8±1.2）points， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（t=8.737 3，6.796 3，P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of emotional account management in the excellent nursing in the department of orthopedics contributes to improving the quality of various nursing work， relieving the adverse emotions and giving patients full care and emotion experience， and improving the nursing satisfactory degree， and it is of clinical application value.

近幾年，随着社会医疗事业的发展和医学水平的不断提升，人们对医疗护理的要求有所提高，从传统单纯要求医疗护理转变成了当前集医疗护理、情感护理、健康管理、康复护理等多种要求为一体的护理需求[1]，同时，临床中也延伸出了种类繁多的护理方式和护理模式，以满足不同患者的需求。情感账户管理基于稳定并提升护患、医患关系的基本要求，从人文关怀、心理护理、情感体验等多个角度出发，致力于给予患者充分的关心帮助[2]。这一护理方式将护患间的每一次互动以存取款方式进行记录，将护士的优质护理作为存款，将不良护理作为取款，当存款远远超过取款，甚至不存在取款时，则表示护理质量全面提升。在骨科护理中，护士长期承受着较大的工作压力，而患者的护理需求也非常的多样化，造成了护理质量的下降，必须尽快实施有效的护理管理方式，全面实现优质护理。为了明确情感账户管理在骨科优质护理中的应用效果，该院随机选取了2015年7月—2017年12月骨科收治的100例患者进行分组研究，现报道如下。……
