摘要:为改善经编鞋面网孔组织设计单调的现状,以及提供设计经编鞋面网孔新组织的方向与思路,运用本课题组开发的计算机辅助软件,对新三针16种基本组织的搭配规律进行研究,最后设计几种新的网孔组织。网孔实物显示,网孔形状与传统三针设计的网孔矩形不同。新三针16种组织搭配的规律,对设计新的网孔组织有参考意义。

(College of Textile Science and Engineering, Wuhan Textile University, Wuhan 430200, China)Abstract:To diversify mesh stitch design of warpknitted vamp, and work out a direction and idea of designing new mesh stitch of warpknitted vamp, the collocation rules of the 16 basic stitch structures of new threeneedle technique were studied with the computer aided software developed by our research group, and a few new mesh stitch structures were designed. Comparison shows that the shape of real mesh is different from the rectangular mesh of the traditional threeneedle design. The collation rules of the 16 stitch structures of the new threeneedle technique are of reference significance to the design of new mesh stitch structure.

通信作者:鄧中民,Email:516802705@qq.com中国是世界鞋类产品生产和出口大国,占有世界鞋业总产量的一半[1]。国内外调查显示,运动鞋的消费已经超过了鞋类产品总量的40%[2]。传统的制鞋工序是将各种材料拼接在一起,生产工序复杂[3],劳动成本高。传统的鞋面生产有纬编、机织、非织造等方法,进入2000年后,随着织造技术和染整技术的进步,采用双针床贾卡经编机生产间隔双色成为可能[4]。间隔织物在运动鞋上的鞋面设计一般会在鞋头和鞋帮部位设计网孔组织,生产间隔织物网孔组织的机型经历了从RD5/1到带piezo贾卡系统的RDPJ5/1,横移机构的进步推动了网孔组织的发展,比如,在竖向花高上从1个网孔到10个网孔,但网孔形状单一,忽略网孔受力变形,传统三针设计的网孔形状只是矩形,且横向上只是1个针距的宽度。人们穿鞋已经从舒适到追求美观,单一形状的网孔组织容易形成审美疲劳。本文将基于新三针选针技术,对此类织物的组织设计和编织工艺进行探讨,为经编鞋面间隔织物新型网孔组织的设计与生产提供参考。……
