重铬酸钾分光光度法化学需氧量（COD）在线分析仪运维管理问题研究

摘 要：重铬酸钾分光光度法化学需氧量（COD）在线分析仪利用了重铬酸钾加热消解法和分光光度法，对水样中化学需氧量浓度进行在线实时分析测定。通过对分析仪在实际运维管理中常见故障进行分析，采取相应解决措施，确保分析仪正常、稳定运行，提高分析数据的准确度和精密度，规范分析仪日常运维管理。

Abstract： The potassium dichromate spectrophotometric online COD analyzer utilizes the method of potassium dichromate digestion and spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of COD in water samples in real time. By analyzing the common problems of the analyzer in the actual operation and maintenance management， the corresponding measures are taken to ensure the normal and stable operation of the analyzer， improve the accuracy and precision of the analytical data and standardize the daily operation and maintenance management of the analyzer.

化學需氧量（COD）是以化学方法测量水样中需要被氧化的还原性物质的量，是在一定条件下，采用定量的强氧化剂处理水样时所消耗的氧化剂量，是衡量水中还原性物质量的一个指标，是我国实施污染物排放总量控制的重要指标[1]。目前，化学需氧量（COD）测定方法最常见的是高锰酸钾氧化法与重铬酸钾氧化法，本文分析的是宇星科技发展（深圳）有限公司YX-COD-II型号在线分析仪，是全自动测定废水中COD的专用仪器，在实际运行及维护中会出现一些故障问题，影响设备正常分析检测，也会对仪器的寿命和数据造成影响[2]。

1 仪器组成与分析原理

YX-COD-II型号COD在线监测仪是宇星科技发展（深圳）有限公司生产的全自动测定废水中COD的专用仪器，实现了连续全自动测定，由计量组件、多向阀组件、红外检测装置、消解池和蠕动泵等部件组成，具有抗干扰能力强、使用范围广、智能故障诊断、异常报警和断电数据不丢失、红外光电精确计量、加热消解元件封闭和自动标定等多方面优点[3]。……
