二次结构轻质浆料整体喷涂施工技术研究

摘 要：本施工工法是在二次结构施工中，为便于二次墙体砌筑而采用喷浆机将轻质浆料整体喷涂施工制成，二次结构墙体采用新型喷注墙体施工，该墙体的生产、运输、现场输送、施工四位一体，全方位实现机械化。为此，中磐建设集团有限公司在施工中进行技术总结，形成了二次结构轻质浆料整体喷涂施工技术。

Abstract： The construction method is to make the whole process of the secondary wall construction. In order to facilitate the masonry of the secondary wall， the light slurry is sprayed and constructed as a whole， and the secondary structure wall is constructed by a new type of injection wall. The production， transportation， on-site transportation and construction of the wall are four-in-one， and mechanization is realized in all directions. For this reason， Zhongpan Construction Group Co.， Ltd. had carried out technical summarization during construction and formed the overall spraying construction technology of secondary structure lightweight slurry.

1 研究背景

通常情况下，在建筑施工过程中会出现较多质量问题，轻者对用户带来麻烦，重者可能存在安全隐患，导致整个工程不合格，从而带来巨大的经济损失。为了预防这些质量问题的发生，采取有效合理的方式来进行控制是建筑施工行业面临的一个重要课题。当前，在室内外抹灰过程中很容易出现墙体开裂的状况，并且还伴随着其他各种不同的质量问题 [1-3]。随着建筑行业科技化的大幅度发展，人们不仅关注建筑物主体的技术创新和质量观感，同时也把眼光投射在二次结构砌体上。对于层高较高的结构，普通砌块墙等施工方法材料的搬运、施工全靠人力完成，严重占用垂直运输工具，施工缓慢影响工期，也给施工操作人员增加了安全风险[4]，且抹灰后的空鼓开裂等质量通病不可避免。为此，中磐建设集团有限公司经过技术攻关，采用一种新型喷注墙体，这种墙体主要是以新型的钢材为主要骨架，并且通过喷浆机对轻质浆料进行喷射完成。……
