[摘 要] 作为一家地方小型出版社，崇文书局在精品出版方面取得了不少成绩。本文认为，这主要取决于三个方面的原因：（1）要从企业存亡兴废的战略高度来重视精品出版；（2）精品出版必须作为“一把手工程”才更能抓出成绩；（3）抓精品出版需要远见、恒心与毅力，同时更需要方法与智慧。

[Abstract] Chongwen Publishing House is a local average-sized publishing house. In recent years， Chongwen Publishing House has enforced on standardized management， quality of content and product line construction， competitive publications and key projects. Because of all the efforts， both the production operation and the competitive publications are performing well now. The author summarizes the working experience in recent years， which is mainly reflected in three aspects： first of all， we should attach importance to the competitive publications from the strategic perspective of the survival and ruin of enterprises； second， to get better results， we must place the competitive publications first； third， to make more competitive publications， we need forsight， patience and persistence. Whats more， we need methods and wisdom as well.

笔者所在崇文书局前身为湖北辞书出版社，是一家以辞书、文史古籍为主要出版特色，只有数十名员工的小型专业出版社，几年前曾因出版物质量问题被央视曝光而遭受重大损失，一度面临难以为继之虞。然而就是这样一家出版社，几年来在上级部门的信任与大力支持下，卧薪尝胆、筚路蓝缕，一方面抓规范管理，抓内容质量及产品线建设，一方面抓精品出版及重点项目，经过短短四年努力，不仅生产经营方面完成了“灾后重建”，而且精品出版表现出色，近三年共有4个项目获国家出版基金，30个项目获湖北省学术、公益出版基金及省财政支持。其中，2013年底策划启动的《马克思主义大辞典》，先后被列为湖北省繁荣发展哲学社会科学重点项目、国家社科基金特别委托项目、国家出版基金项目（在2017年度532个项目中位列第一）、“十三五”国家重点图书出版规划项目、原国家新闻出版广电总局向党的十九大献礼的22种重点选题之一。2018年4月19日，由湖北省委宣传部、武汉大学、湖北省新闻出版广电……
