冰红消肿膏质量标准研究

[摘要] 目的 建立冰红消肿膏的质量标准。 方法 为保证冰红消肿膏的质量，本文对膏方进行了常规检查，从定性方面进行了质量标准研究。采用显微的方法鉴别了方中红花，采用薄层色谱法鉴别冰红消肿膏处方中大黄、栀子、白芷等药材。并同时进行了微生物以及重金属检查。 结果 红花的显微鉴别，操作方便，指向性好。大黄、栀子、白芷的薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离度好，阴性无干扰。微生物以及重金属检查均符合药典标准。 结论 该实验方法操作简便，重现性好，结果准确可靠，可用于控制冰红消肿膏的质量。

Study on the quality standard of binghongxiaozhong ointment

[Abstract] Objective To establish the quality standard of binghongxiaozhong ointment. Methods To guarantee the quality of binghongxiaozhong ointment， routine tests were performed to evaluate the regimens of ointment and the study on quality standard were conducted by using qualitative methods. Micrography were conducted to distinguish the safflower in the regimen and thin layer chromatography（TLC） were conducted to distinguish the rheum officinale， cape jasmine and radix angelicae in the regimen of binghongxiaozhong ointment. The tests of microorganisms and heavy metal were taken as well. Results Micrography of safflower was easily operated and with good directivity. TLC of rheum officinale， cape jasmine and radix angelicae was spot-clear， with good separation and without interference of the negative. The results of microorganisms and heavy metal tests met the standard of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The experimental method was easy-operated， reproducible and with accurate and reliable results.It could be used to control the quality of binghongxiaozhong ointment.

冰紅消肿膏是我院骨伤科经验方[1]，由红花、大黄、栀子、白芷、当归、透骨草、威灵仙、儿茶、薄荷、冰片等10味中药组成的外用膏剂。组方中红花，活血化瘀，通经。大黄，凉血解毒，活血祛瘀。白芷，消肿排脓，止痛。当归，活血止痛。威灵仙，通经络，止痹痛。铁线透骨草，舒筋活络，祛风胜湿，活血止痛，软坚消痞。栀子，泻火除烦、凉血解毒。白芷，消肿排脓、止痛。儿茶止血定痛，收湿敛疮。薄荷辛，凉。冰片开窍醒神，清热止痛，诸药共奏祛风除湿、舒筋活血、活血止痛的功效。为了有效的控制该制剂的质量，保证临床用药安全有效[2-4]，本次实验建立了方中红花的显微鉴别，大黄、栀子、白芷等药材的薄层色谱法（Thin layer chromatography，TLC）鉴别，并同时进行了微生物以及重金属检查，从而提高冰红消肿膏膏的质控水平。……
