探究城市规划建设中的环境保护

摘要：当前，城市在建设和规划过程中，不仅仅要考虑经济层面，也要重视环保情况。很多城市在进行建设和规划过程中，未能重视对周边环境的保护，出现水土污染以及大气污染等环境问题。这样不仅制约城市规划的效果，也对城市健康发展造成严重的影响。为此，本文通过研究当前城市在规划建设时出现的一些环保问题，针对性的地提出几点解决环境问题的措施，笔者借此以期促进城市实现更高质量的建设和规划工作，使其符合当前和谐发展所提出的建设要求。

Absrtact： In the process of urban construction and planning， we should not only consider the economic level， but also pay attention to the situation of environmental protection presented by urban planning. In the process of construction and planning， many cities fail to pay attention to the protection of the surrounding environment， water and soil pollution， air pollution and other environmental problems. This not only restricts the effect of urban planning， but also has a serious impact on the healthy development of the city. Therefore， through the study of some environmental protection problems in the planning and construction of cities， this paper puts forward some measures to solve the environmental problems. The author hopes to promote the construction and planning of cities to achieve higher quality and make them conform to the requirements. The construction needs put forward by the former harmonious development.

很多地方在进行城市建设的时候，主要考虑城市建设所收获的经济效益，并没有关注在整体建设过程中可能会出现的环境问题，导致城市在进行规划和具体施工建设中，经常会出现空气污染、水资源污染等问题。这些问题不仅严重影响城市建设的效果，也给居民生活带来很大威胁，没有让人们感受到自然环境所呈现的优美氛围，也没有让城市建设和自然实现和谐相处。所以在进行城市建设的时候，必须要积极考虑好规划中可能会出现的环境问题，科学做好规划和具体建设工作。

1 在城市建设和规划中出现的环境问题

1.1 环保意识差

当前城市在规划和建设过程中出现的环保问题主要体现在，城市管理者所呈现的环保意识比较差，没有关注城市发展和环境保护之间的协调。……
