重组人α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果观察

[摘要] 目的 观察重组人α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果。 方法 对我院儿科病区2016年11月～2017年11月以來收治的50例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿，按照雾化吸入治疗药物选择不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿给予病毒唑雾化吸入治疗，观察组患儿给予重组人α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗治疗，临床观察和对比两组患儿临床疗效及其血清学炎性指标变化结果。 结果 观察组优良率96.00%（24/25）明显高于对照组优良率80.00%（20/25），有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组血清学炎性指标中血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白、IL-6（白细胞介素-6）、IL-10（白细胞介素-10）均少于照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 重组人α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎临床疗效确切，具有较高的临床治疗优良率，且在患者血清学炎性细胞的降低作用疗效确切，值得大力推广。

Clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human α2b injection on treating pediatric viral pneumonia

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human α2b injection for children with viral pneumonia. Methods 50 children with viral pneumonia admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different inhalation drugs. The control group was given ribavirin aerosol inhalation therapy and the observation group was treated with nebulization of recombinant human α2b injection. The clinical efficacy and changes of serological inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The good rate of observation group was 96.00% （24/25） and was significantly higher than that of control group which was 80.00%（20/25）（P<0.05）. Blood routine examination，erythrocyte sedimentation rate， C-reactive protein，IL-6 （interleukin-6） and IL-10 （interleukin-10） of serum inflammatory indexes in observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The inhalation of recombinant α2b injection for the treatment of viral pneumonia in children has a definite clinical effect. It has a high good rate of clinical treatment and has a definite curative effect on the reduction of serological inflammatory indicators which is worth promoting.

小儿肺炎是小儿多发和常见疾病，也是占比较大的疾病，病毒性肺炎主要受病原菌影响，而导致患儿血清学细胞炎性因子指标上升。呼吸道系统性疾病的病毒数量和病毒种类较多，也使得小儿肺炎的治疗效果并不明显[1]。动物实验的研究数据表明，重组人重组人α2b注射液α1b作为基因工程的新型治疗药物，是以健康人白细胞来源的重组人α2b注射液基因克隆和表达的基因工程重组人α2b注射液，具有广谱的抗病毒、抗肿瘤及免疫调节功能[2]。鉴于此，本研究为探讨重组人α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果，选择我院2016年11月～2017年11月以来收治的50例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿为研究对象对象，现报道如下。
