论述核电常规岛汽轮机运转层定制化管理及防异物

【摘 要】红沿河一期工程，本着在保质量、保安全的前提下，认真贯彻执行16米平台施工定制化，环境定制化，管理定制化的公司和广核要求。把措施落到实处，建立汽轮机安装隔离控制区，汽轮发电机设备存放区，汽轮机本体小件设备和工器具库房区，并吸取其他项目的优良经验反馈，建立了发电机定子防护棚等一系列控制质量的措施。

【Abstract】In the first-stage project of the Hongyan River， under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety， we should conscientiously implement the requirements of the construction customization， environmental customization and management customization of the 16 meter platform ， which are proposed by the company and CGN. Putting the measures into practice， we set up the isolation control zone for the installation of steam turbine， storage area of turbine generator equipment， warehouse area of small equipment of steam turbine body and equipment. And through absorbing the excellent experience feedback from other projects， a series of quality control measures， such as generator stator protective shed， are established.

1 汽轮机安装隔离控制区

本区是汽轮机安装的重点区域，红沿河核电站一期工程中设立了以本体班班长为第一责任人的责任人负责制，本区域采用一体式不锈钢围栏进行实体防护，围栏内地面采用绿色胶皮，防止施工灰尘，并保证施工区域整洁，围栏设单一进、出口，设专门的管理员进行出入登记。并且实施了人员授权进入的制度，由公司质保部进入人员授权，对未经授权的人员，无论职务，均不允许进入。所有人员进入时需在进入人员登记表上标明进入时间及离开时间，并将工作通行证暂时存放在控制区管理员处。施工人员进入、离开控制区（即使仅几分钟）同样需要登记，登记后将入场证、手机、钥匙等易掉落物品登记后存放在控制区管理员处，直至离开控制区。缸体下半上方设二次安全围栏，保证防坠落安全的同时，缸上人员工作前，要求穿好连体服并佩戴鞋套，目的是防止随身物品掉落缸体内部，造成异物风险。
