铁路电力调度运行中的安全风险及防范措施

【摘 要】论文就“铁路电力调度运行中的安全风险及防范措施”一题进行详细探究，首先对铁路电力调度工作的工作模式及其原理进行简要概述，而后对目前我国铁路电力调度运行中存在的安全风险进行总结，最后对目前我国铁路电力调度运行中存在的安全风险预防提出了几点针对性策略。此次研究的目的主要是预防我国铁路电力调度运行中的安全风险，进而促进我国铁路行业的发展，从而保证我国国民生命财产安全不受威胁。

【Abstract】The paper probes into the topic of "Safety Risk and Preventive Measures in the Dispatching Operation of Railway Power" in detail. Firstly， this paper briefly summarizes the working mode and principle of railway electric power dispatching work， then summarizes the safety risks existing in the operation of railway power dispatching in our country， and finally puts forward some targeted strategies to prevent the security risks existing in the operation of railway power dispatching in our country. The purpose of this study is to prevent the safety risk in the operation of railway power dispatching in China， so as to improve the development of railway industry in our country， and ensure the safety of national life and property is not threatened.

1 引言

我国铁路行业随着科技技术的发展取得了一定的成果和进步，并且，近年来高铁网络的不断加强和完善，人们体验到了速度带来的便利和快捷。铁路电力的调度运行是保障铁路安全的基础，因此，对铁路电力调度的安全风险的评估和检测预防有着十分重要的意义。

目前，我国铁路事业的高速发展给我国交通事业带来了坚实的发展基础，尤其是高铁网络的建设，使得我国已经进入了快速运输时代。而铁路的安全运输离不开铁路电力调度的安全运行，越来越多的人更加关注铁路运输系统的安全问题。因此，大力管理铁路电力调度的运行，加强对铁路电力调度运行的风险预防成为当代铁路安全事业工作者所面临的首要问题。

2 铁路电力调度工作模式及原理

铁路电力调度工作是铁路工作系统中无法取代的工作环节，并且是铁路电气运行管理中的重要组成部分，铁路电力调度对铁路供电系统安全运行进行正确指挥，以此来保证铁路机车能够安全运行。……
