新能源科学与工程专业创新创业型人才培养模式研究

摘要：新能源科学与工程专业作为支撑国家战略新兴产业——“新能源产业”发展而开设的本科专业建立之后，与之配套的培养方案、培养模式等均处于起步探索阶段，而新能源科学与工程专业具有多学科交叉的特点，具备培养创新和创业型人才的优势，因此如何在新能源科学与工程这个新专业培养方案和培养模式构建的同时强化培养创新型和创业型人才的能力成为一个亟待解决的问题，针对这一问题，本文对新能源科学与工程专业创新创业型人才培养模式进行了初步研究和探讨。

Abstract： After the new energy science and engineering specialty as an undergraduate major which is aimed at supporting the development of the country's strategic emerging industries——new energy industry has been established， the cultivation plan and cultivation mode that are suitable for it are all in the initial stage of exploration. However， the new energy science and engineering specialty has interdisciplinary characteristics .Moreover， it has the advantages of cultivating innovative and enterprising type of talents. Therefore， there is an urgent problem to be solved which how to strengthen the capacity of cultivating innovative and enterprising type of talents， meanwhile， how to construct its cultivation plan and cultivation mode .Aiming at this problem， the paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on that innovative and enterprising type of talents cultivation mode of the new energy science and engineering specialty.

1 我国新能源科学与工程专业创新创业型人才培养的必要性

能源问题与环境问题是21世纪人类面临的两大基本问题，发展新能源是解决这两大问题的必由之路。新能源产业的发展也是未来中国可持续发展的关键，发展空间巨大。“十二五”期间将是我国新能源产业从起步阶段进入大规模发展的关键转折时期[1]，发展新能源产业势在必行。目前我国的新能源产业发展受到诸多因素的限制，其中最为突出的是缺少成熟先进的新能源技术，新能源领域的科技创新能力明显不足。新能源产业化进程中的这些难题有待专业人士去破解。然而推动新能源行业前进的创新创业型人才供给却显得捉襟见肘。……
