沙美特罗替卡松与孟鲁司特联合治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的：對沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果进行探讨和分析。方法：研究选取笔者所在医院接收的48例支气管哮喘患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组单用孟鲁司特治疗，观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效，以及第一秒用力呼气量（FEV1）、第一秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量（FEV1/FVC）和呼气流速峰值（PEF）实测值占患者个人最佳值百分率（PEF%）等肺功能指标。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率91.67%，显著高于对照组的50.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组FEV1/FVC（85.47±3.86）%、FEV1（3.03±0.28）L、PEF%（88.38±4.87）%，均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率8.33%，低于对照组的37.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘可有效提高临床效果，值得临床进一步应用与推广。

Clinical Effect of Salmeterol Fluticas Combined Montelukast in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Patients/LI Shengxian.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（22）：12-14

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of Salmeterol Fluticas combined Montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.Method：A total of 48 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group，according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast alone.The observation group was treated with Salmeterol Fluticas combined Montelukast.Clinical efficacy and lung function indexes such as the first second forced expiratory volume（FEV1），the first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity（FEV1/FVC） and the peak expiratory flow rate（PEF） accounted for the patient's personal best value percentage（PEF%） were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.67%，which was significantly higher than 50.00% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.In the observation group，the FEV1/FVC of （85.47±3.86），FEV1 of （3.03±0.28）L，and PEF% of （88.38±4.87）% were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group of 8.33% was lower than 37.50% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Salmeterol Fluticas and Montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve clinical curative effect，and is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.

支气管哮喘，是一种全世界范围内高发、常见、普遍的呼吸内科疾病，若没有有效、及时地给予患者治疗，患者极易出现死亡状况[1]。支气管哮喘在我国，患病率约为8.2%，且多见于40岁以上的人群，其发病率随着愈加严重的大气污染呈上升趋势，与此同时，支气管哮喘疾病在儿童中传播速度极快[2-3]。笔者所在医院于2013年1月-2017年5月对24例支气管哮喘患者，采取沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗，其效果显著，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究从2013年1月-2017年5月收治于笔者所在医院的支气管哮喘患者中随机选取48例作为研究对象，纳入标准：（1）经肺功能检查确诊且符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会制定的诊断标准的支气管哮喘患者[4]；（2）遵循患者自愿原则，均签署知情同意书；（3）支气管扩张试验结果为阴性患者；……
