食品科学专业学位研究生教育质量评价体系的探索

摘要 随着现代食品企业的快速发展，急需大量的高级应用型食品人才。为满足食品行业的发展需求，本文分析了食品科学专业学位研究生教育质量评价体系改革的必要性和目前评价体系中存在的主要问题，探索了食品科学专业学位研究生教育的质量评价体系，以期全面提高专业学位研究生的培养质量，推动现代食品科技的发展。

Abstract With the rapid development of modern food enterprises，a large number of senior application-oriented food talents are required urge-ntly.To meet the development requirement of food industry，the reform necessity of education quality evaluation system for professional degree graduate students of food science were analyzed，and the main problems existing in the current evaluation system were analyzed，and the education quality evaluation system for professional degree graduate students of food science were explored，so as to improve fully the cultivation quality for the profe-ssional degree graduate students of food science and to promote the development of modern food science and technology.

近年来，我国食品行业的新技术、新设备和新理念日新月异，现代食品企业急需大量素质高、创新能力強、实践水平高的高层次应用型人才，要求其不仅要系统地掌握食品领域的理论知识，而且还能解决现代食品企业的实际生产问题，承担具体专业技术或管理工作。为了适应这一变化，2009年，我国教育部出台了一系列政策，要求积极推动研究生教育以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主的战略性转变，为专业学位研究生的发展迎来了空前的机遇。从目前调研的情况来看，我国专业学位研究质量评价体系尚处于起步阶段，还没有形成独特的评价体系。针对我国急需大量应用型食品人才的形势，探索和构建食品科学专业学位研究生的教育质量评价体系，对于提高专业学位研究生的教育质量具有重要意义[1]。
