论加密货币带来的社会经济效应及潜在的金融冲击

摘 要：数字加密货币是21世纪互联网计算机技术与金融相结合的产物，是一系列基于区块链技术的网络虚拟货币。虽然历史较短，但加密货币凭借其反传统金融的特征在世界范围内产生了巨大的影响。本文通过对加密货币的货币属性进行分析，将加密货币与黄金进行对比，深入探讨加密货币带来的社会经济效应，并认为加密货币未来将会对传统金融产生巨大的冲击，这种影响主要体现在目前对法币体系的冲击以及对政府和央行的约束。

Abstract：Digital cryptocurrency is the product of 21st century internet computing and finance，a series of network virtual currency based on blockchain technology. Although it has a short history，the cryptocurrency has a huge impact on the world，with its anti-traditional financial characteristics. By analyzing the monetary attribute of cryptocurrency，this paper compares cryptocurrency with gold，and further discusses the socio-economic effects of cryptocurrency. It is believed that cryptocurrency will have a huge impact on traditional finance in the future，which is mainly reflected in the impact on the current legal currency system and the constraints on the government and the central bank.

0 引 言

近几百年以来，货币依次经历了金属货币和信用货币等形式，这都是人类不断对经济活动发展的探索。在新时期，货币形式可能会有新的变化。2008年，中本聪在网上发表了一篇题为《Bitcoin：A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System》的文章，提出了一种新的货币理念，建立一种基于区块链技术的新货币体系。

2009年，根据中本聪提出的思路设计出第一种数字加密货币——比特币。比特币是一种不需要任何中介的电子支付系统，和互联网一样具有去中心化、全球化和匿名化等特点。比特币作为加密货币的典型代表，其全新的发行技术、交易模式对货币的内涵结构、形式内容、职能特征、作用机制和社会效应产生了深刻影响。不同于现有货币体系，它形成了独立存在的货币系统。这种货币信奉科技原理而非政府信用，信奉自由主义而非政府权力，是互联网时代货币理念的革新。……
