基于养心理论框架下的心脏康复临床实践研究

摘要 心脏康复的临床价值在国外临床研究中得到了充分体现，其能够有效预防并治疗心血管疾病，减少患者死亡率，提高患者生命质量。中医药在心脏康复过程中，具有多成分、多途径、多靶点、标本兼治的治疗优势。养心理论是在中医理解的辨证论治理论下，对养心氏片组方分析、功能主治、药效学、药理、临床深入研究，结合古今名医学家治疗胸痹心痛的学术思想，归纳总结为“以补为养”“以通为养”“以安为养”的理论观点。所以养心理论把中国传统医疗模式与国际现代化诊疗模式相结合，有利于中药发挥心脏康复的临床优势，也为中西医结合的心脏康复模式提供了广阔前景。

1养心氏片

养心氏片具有益气活血，化瘀止痛的功效，用于气虚血瘀所致的胸痹，症见心悸气短、胸闷、心前区刺痛、冠心病心绞痛见于上述证候者。其方由人参、黄芪、葛根、灵芝、党参、地黄、丹参、延胡索、山楂、当归、淫羊藿、黄连、炙甘草13味中药组成。养心氏片上市20余年，开展了大量的基础与临床研究[1]。WeijianLou等[2]用粒子群优化（PSO）的最小二乘支持向量机（LS-SVM）方法对养心氏片提取液采用近红外（NIR）光谱分析，此分析在测定养心氏片总黄酮、葛根素、丹酚酸B、淫羊藿苷等成分，具有良好的校准性能和较高的预测精度，有很好的实践意义和应用价值。YeruiLi等[3]用高效液相色谱法指纹图谱分析和定量分析同時测定养心氏制备过程中葛根素、丹酚酸B、盐酸小檗碱、巴马丁、去氢紫堇碱，淫羊藿苷的含量，能有效控制不同批次的养心氏片质量的一致性。……
