浅谈背栓式石材幕墙的质量控制

摘 要：在商场、展览中心、文化艺术交流中心、机场、车站、体育场馆等公共建筑的外墙围护结构中，背栓式石材幕墙得到了应用和发展，取得了较好的社会经济效益，为美化城市做出了一定贡献。背栓式石材幕墙的施工质量的好坏直接影响到整个工程的外观质量，同时也直接影响到工程最终质量的评定。如何提高背栓式石材幕墙的安装质量，这是本文阐述的最大意义。

Abstract： in the shopping centers， exhibition center， culture and art exchange center， airport， station， sports venues and other public building palisade structure， the exterior wall of the back bolt type stone curtain wall got the application and development， has achieved good social and economic benefits， made certain contribution to beautify the city. Back plug type of stone curtain wall construction quality directly affect the appearance quality of the whole project， but also directly affect the engineering quality evaluation in the end. How to improve the installation quality of back bolt type stone curtain wall， this is the most important significance of the article.

1 引言

背栓式石材幕墙安装，主龙骨采用槽钢，横梁用镀锌角钢，并进行热镀锌处理。用不锈钢螺栓将挂件固定于横梁上，不锈钢背栓螺栓穿过背栓铝合金挂件与石材板相连，石材板由背栓铝合金挂件承托。石材板缝内塞泡沫棒，并注石材专用耐候密封胶。要提高背栓式石材幕墙的安装质量，需了解影响背栓式石材幕墙安装的相关质量缺陷，如石材板块安装时防水处理不当；与建筑物主体结合收口时没有与土建有效配合；槽钢立柱伸缩缝设置不规范；石材板块存在天然裂纹较普遍；石材板块缺棱掉角；背栓螺栓与石材板块连接不牢固；槽钢龙骨安装时，不按规范操作没有抓好质量等。并且进一步分析哪些要因对背栓式石材幕墙安装的相关质量缺陷造成影响，这样才能采取有效的对策实施来提高背栓式石材幕墙的安装质量。
