口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效应分析

【摘要】目的：研究在牙种植中引导骨再生中应用口腔修复膜材料的临床效果。方法：本次计算参照口腔修复膜材料的不同将2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的66例行牙种植引导骨再生术患者随机分为参照组以及实验组，参照组实行钛膜修复下的引导骨再生，实验组实行海奥口腔修复膜下的引导骨再生，分析对比两组患者不良反应、修复成功率、植骨厚度、骨厚度。结果：实验组行牙种植引导骨再生术患者不良反应发生率、修复成功率、植骨厚度、骨厚度对比参照组数值，统计学显示计算分析意义（P<005）。结论：将海奥口腔修复膜下的引导骨再生和钛膜修复下的引导骨再生应用在牙种植中引导骨再生中的作用均比较显著，但海奥口腔修复膜下的引导骨再生效果更明显。

Effect of dental restorative membrane materials on bone regeneration in dental implantation

Abstract Objective：To study the clinical effect of dental restorative membrane material in guided bone regeneration in dental implantation. Methods： 66 cases of dental implant guided bone regeneration from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group carried out the guided bone regeneration under the repair of titanium membrane in the reference group， and the experimental group carried out the guided bone regeneration under the repair membrane of the SEO oral cavity. The adverse reactions， the success rate of repair， the thickness of bone graft and the thickness of bone were compared between the two groups. Results：the incidence of adverse reactions， the rate of repair success， the thickness of bone and the thickness of bone， and the thickness of bone were compared in the experimental group （P<005）. Conclusions： the role of guided bone regeneration under the oro dental prosthesis and the application of guided bone regeneration under the repair of titanium membrane in dental implant was significant， but the effect of guided bone regeneration under the oro dental prosthesis was more obvious.

此次計算目标为2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的66例行牙种植引导骨再生术患者，报道海奥口腔修复膜下的引导骨再生和钛膜修复下的引导骨再生的效果。

1资料与方法

11基础资料计算纳入的66例样本均来源于2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的行牙种植引导骨再生术患者，不同口腔修复膜材料是分组实验依据，一组纳入33例，参照组男女之比是15：18，年龄最大66岁，年龄最小20岁，中位年龄（4321±333）岁；实验组男女之比是16：17，年龄最大67岁，年龄最小21岁，中位年龄（4354±454）岁。计算且比较实验组与参照组一般资料，P>005，无统计学计算意义。

12方法选取德国 Fri-adent公司研发以及提供的Xive螺纹根状种植体和研发和提供的Bio-Oss骨粉、西安中邦生物有限公司研发和提供的钛膜，烟台正海生物公司研发以及提供的海奥口腔修复膜，以德国US-TOMED公司研发以及提供的10分度游标卡尺进行手术。……
