档案管理工作务实探究

【摘 要】在信息技术飞速发展的背景下，档案管理工作也发生了显著的变化。然而，现阶段我国档案管理工作中，尤其是电影资料档案管理过程中，虽然有了发展和变化，但还存在一些问题，进而影响了档案利用，也影响档案管理工作的水平。论文在论述档案管理相关理论的基础上，对现阶段我国档案管理工作中一些问题进行了分析探讨，并提出了加强档案管理工作务实的建议，以希望为档案管理提供借鉴。

【Abstract】In the context of the rapid development of information technology， significant changes have also taken place in the archives management work. However， at present， in the archives management work in China， especially in the film archives management process， although there has been a certain degree of development and change， there are still some problems， which affect the utilization of archives and the level of archives management work. On the basis of discussing the relevant theories of archives management， the paper analyzes and discusses some problems in archives management work in our country at present， and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the practical of the archives management， hoping to provide reference for the archives management.

1 引言

电影档案是国家档案的重要组成部分，它是由影片类和文字、图片类组成。电影资料馆作为电影艺术档案管理的重要场所，负责收集电影创作、生产、发行、放映中所产生的具有价值的档案，依法收集、整理、保管和利用电影艺术档案等工作，做好电影档案编目和研究工作，并建立科学的管理制度，依法接受档案管理部门组织协调和监督指导，实行统一管理，在进行档案管理工作的过程中，近年来虽然得到领导的重视，取得一些发展，但还存在一些不足之处，进而影响了电影档案管理工作的效率和质量。在新的历史时期，为进一步促进电影事业的健康发展，加强档案管理工作务实具有重要的意义，以下从几方面进行了论述。

2 档案管理相关理论概述

档案是一种对原始资料的记录[1]，是人类活动的真实记载。一般来说，档案主要是指人们在各项社会活动中直接形成的且具有保存价值的原始记录[2]，是人们认识和把握客观规律的重要依据，借助档案，我们能够更好地了解过去、把握现在、预见未来，档案工作是各项管理工作的重要组成部分。……
