摘要:以ZL114A合金为研究对象,采用铸造合金熔体凝固特性分析仪对该合金进行动态凝固应力测试,研究了铸造工艺参数对ZL114A合金应力框铸件应力影响。实验结果表明,ZL114A合金凝固过程对应力框铸件的应力状态及变化有重要影响。随着浇注温度的升高,粗杆最小应力值和最终应力值增加。冷却速率增加,粗杆最小应力值变小,最终应力值增加。与未变质试样相比,经Sr变质处理后,粗杆最小应力值减小,最终应力值增加。

Abstract:The dynamic solidifying stress of ZL114A alloy was tested by stress testing equipment in this work The effect of casting process parameters on solidifying stress of stressframe specimen was studied The testing results show that the solidifying process has an important effect on the stress state and change of stressframe specimen with ZL114A alloy The minimum stress value and final stress value of coarse bar in stressframe specimen increase with increasing of pouring temperature The minimum stress value decreases and finial stress value increases with increasing of cooling rate Compare to the specimen with unmodified treatment, the minimum stress value decreases and finial stress value increases for the modified ZL114A alloy with Sr

鋁合金具有高的强度、良好的韧性和很好的流动性、气密性和抗热裂性,能铸造复杂形状的高强度铸件,广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车、机械行业等领域[1-8]。铸件在凝固过程中会产生收缩,由于铸型的阻碍作用,从而会在凝固过程中产生热应力和残余应力[9-10],这对铸件的尺寸精度、铸件性能、铸件质量及铸件变形或裂纹具有重要的影响。因此,研究铸件铸造应力的产生及发展规律,探索减小铸造应力的工艺方法和措施,对提高铸件质量具有重要的实际意义[11-13]。
本文以ZL114A合金为研究对象,采用哈尔滨理工大学自主研制的铸造合金熔体凝固特性分析仪进行ZL114A合金凝固过程应力测试分析,研究ZL114A合金铸造工艺参数对其凝固过程动态应力的影响规律。
1实验材料与实验方法
本实验采用的ZL114A合金材料为生产航空铸件的回炉料,化学成分如表1所示。……
