胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果研究

[摘要] 目的 探究胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，选取2016年7月—2017年10月期间收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者，按照入院先后顺序，平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组，给予缬沙坦治疗，研究组，联合胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为90.0%，对照组为76.7%，研究组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后微量尿蛋白水平差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦联合治疗糖尿病肾病，效果显著，值得广泛推广。

Effect of Kallikrein and Valsartan on Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of pancreatic kininogenase and valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A prospective study was conducted to select 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted between July 2016 and October 2017. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission. In the control group， valsartan was given， and the study group was treated with combination of kallikrein and valsartan to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the study group and 76.7% in the control group. The study group was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The difference of micro-urine protein levels between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of kallikrein and valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has significant effects and is worthy of widespread promotion.

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的合并症，随着病情的演变，可发展至终末期肾脏病，大大增加治疗难度，甚至对患者生命安全造成威胁[1-2]。近几年，糖尿病肾病发病率有所提升，因此，临床医师与患者更加重视糖尿病肾病的诊治，其中，胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦是治疗糖尿病肾病的常用药物[3]。基于此，为探究胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果，该院以2016年7月—2017年10月收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者为对象，通过胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦干预，获得良好效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取符合糖尿病肾病诊断标准的患者60例，其中对照组30例，包括18例男性和12例女性，42～78岁为年龄区间；研究组30例，其中男性17例、女性13例，41～75岁为年龄区间。所有患者经医院伦理委员会批准并签署知情同意书。两组资料之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

排除标准：①Ⅰ型糖尿病患者；②血压控制不良者；③合并感染者或其他病因引起的肾损害者；……
