手术全期护理降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 分析手術全期护理在降低患者四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率中的应用效果。方法 该文方便选取该院于2014年1月—2017年12月收治的四肢骨折患者共97例，按照来院治疗的先后顺序分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者为49例，采用常规护理方法，观察组患者为48例，采用手术全期护理方法。 结果 压疮发生率观察组为10.42%，对照组为30.61%，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.042 28，P<0.05）。观察组各类压力性损伤发生时间均晚于对照组，观察组护理满意度为95.83%，对照组为75.51%，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.109 31，P<0.01）。 结论 手术全期护理是一种优质的护理方法，将手术全期护理方法应用到四肢骨折手术中，有助于降低患者压疮发生率，减缓各类压力性损伤发生时间，提升患者护理满意度，提升患者的肢体功能，帮助患者快速恢复健康，促进患者生活质量的大大提升，在临床中具有良好的应用效果。

Analysis of Effects of Whole-operative Nursing on Reducing the Incidence of Pressure Sores in Patients Undergoing Limb Fracture Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of whole-operation nursing on reducing the incidence of pressure sores in patients undergoing limb fracture surgery. Methods A total of 97 patients with limb fractures treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were convenient selected. The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of treatment. The control group consisted of 49 patients and routine care was used. In the observation group， 48 patients were treated with surgical full-time care. Results The incidence of pressure sores was 10.42% in the observation group and 30.61% in the control group. The observation group was lower than the control group，the difference was statitically signficant（χ2=6.0422 8，P<0.05）. The time of all kinds of stress injury in the observation group was later than that of the control group. The satisfaction rate of observation in the observation group was 95.83% and 75.51% in the control group. The observation group was higher than the control group， with the differences was statistically significant（χ2=8.109 31，P<0.05）. Conclusion Full-term nursing is a kind of high-quality nursing method. Applying the whole-period nursing method to limb fractures can help reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers， reduce the time of various types of stress injuries， and improve the satisfaction of patients' care， enhance the patient's limb function， help patients recover quickly， promote the quality of life of patients， which has a good effect in the clinical application.

四肢骨折是一项常见的骨科疾病，要想促进患者快速康复，做好临床护理工作具有必要性。如若病情检查不细致、护理工作不到位，会引发患者出现深静脉栓塞、泌尿系统感染及肺部感染等多种并发症，无法给予四肢营养供应，对患者的骨折快速愈合及疮口快速康复有直接影响，增加了患者压疮发生概率。因此，为了确保患者在术后能够快速康复，给予患者合理有效的护理措施具有必要性。该文将该院于2014年1月—2017年12月收治的97例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象，分析手术全期护理在降低患者四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率中的应用效果，现将报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

该文方便选取该院收治的四肢骨折患者共97例，按照来院治疗的先后顺序分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者为49例，男性患者为24例，女性患者为25例，年龄为18～88岁，平均年龄为（54.2±2.5）岁。观察组患者为48例，男性患者为24例，女性患者为24例，年龄为20～91岁，平均年龄为（55.2±2.7）岁。……
