对行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的效果及对其术后并发症的影响

【摘要】 目的：探究对行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的效果及对其术后并发症的影响。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的92例冠心病患者，对照组患者采用常规护理配合，观察组实施全面护理配合，考察患者的护理效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组护理优良率（95.65%）显著高于对照组（76.09%），观察组术后并发症发生率（6.52%）显著低于对照组（26.09%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的护理效果良好，可以显著降低术后并发症。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing cooperation on coronary heart disease patients undergoing “off-pump” coronary-artery bypass grafting and its effect on postoperative complications. Method： A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent “off-pump” coronary-artery bypass grafting in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing coordination. The patients nursing effect and postoperative complications were observed. Result： The rate of excellent nursing （95.65%） was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （76.09%）. The postoperative complication rate （6.52%） was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group （26.09%）. There were significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing cooperation for coronary heart disease patients undergoing “off-pump” coronary-artery bypass grafting， which can significantly reduce postoperative complications.

冠心病是我國一种发病率较高的心血管疾病，心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术是治疗冠心病的常用微创治疗方式，接受手术的患者一般身体条件较差，手术操作难度较大，需要科学合理的护理措施进行配合治疗，护理措施配合的优劣和心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术治疗效果的发挥关系密切[1-2]，为探究对行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的效果及对其术后并发症的影响分析的效果，做如下报告。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院接收的心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者92例进行研究，纳入标准：符合冠心病的相关诊断标准，并在笔者所在医院进行心脏不停跳冠脉搭桥手术者。排除标准：（1）身体虚弱，生命体征不稳定者;（2）严重肝肾功能不足或存在其他器官器质性病变;（3）合并其他心血管疾病或凝血障碍[3-4]。……
