综合护理对血透患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的影响

【摘要】 目的：探讨综合护理对血透患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的影响。方法：纳入笔者所在医院2018年7-12月收治的37例血液透析患者为观察组，2018年1-6月收治的37例血液透析患者为对照组。对照组给予常规临床护理，观察组采取综合护理措施，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组护理满意度（91.89%）优于对照组（75.67%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症总发生率为10.81%，低于对照组的27.03%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理用于血透患者动静脉内瘘术后干预，有助于提高患者的护理满意度，能够有效降低血透患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的发生率，帮助患者尽早康复，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients. Method： From July to December 2018， 37 patients with hemodialysis were enrolled as the observation group and 37 patients as the control group from January to June 2018. The control group was given routine clinical nursing， and the observation group took comprehensive nursing measures to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Result： The nursing satisfaction of the observation group （91.89%） was better than that of the control group （75.67%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.81%， lower than that of the control group （27.03%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing for postoperative intervention of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients can improve the patients satisfaction with nursing， can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients， and help patients recover as soon as possible. Its worth of clinical application.

血液透析是一種应用广泛的肾内科患者治疗措施，能够循环处理患者体内的血液，将无用的代谢产物及多余的电解质排出体外，促进机体内部水电解质的平衡，以减缓肾功能病变的恶化发展[1-3]。动静脉内瘘术是为需要长期血液透析的患者创建的血管通路，可以在患者进行血液透析时永久性使用，所以对血液透析患者的治疗十分重要[4]。但是，受到一些主客观因素的影响，动静脉内瘘术后常伴随一系列的并发症，影响血液透析效果[5]。所以，临床上常需要采取相关的护理干预预防并发症的发生，提高患者的血液透析效果。基于此，本文探讨综合护理对血透患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的影响，希望能够降低血透患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的发生率，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

纳入笔者所在医院2018年7-12月收治的37例血液透析患者为观察组，2018年1-6月收治的37例血液透析患者为对照组。纳入标准：（1）所有患者均确定实施动静脉内瘘术;（2）入组年龄25～80岁;（3）所有患者意识清晰，能主动配合研究。……
