新生儿脐部护理中优质护理服务的运用分析

【摘要】 目的：分析新生儿脐部护理中优质护理服务的运用效果。方法：随机选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2018年3月出生的新生儿110例，遵循随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组，每组55例。对照组采用常规护理，试验组采用优质护理，比较脐部并发症发生率、脐带脱落时间、家属满意度。结果：试验组脐部并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组脐带脱落时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组家属满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理可有效缩短新生儿脐带脱落时间，降低脐部并发症发生率，安全有效，值得借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing service in neonatal umbilical nursing. Method： A total of 110 neonates born in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 in the hospital were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing， and the experimental group used high quality nursing to compare the incidence of umbilical complications， umbilical cord shedding time， and family satisfaction. Result： The incidence of umbilical cord complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The umbilical cord shedding time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing can effectively shorten the time of umbilical cord shedding and reduce the incidence of umbilical cord complications. It is safe and effective， and worth learning.

新生儿由于出生时间较短，免疫功能低下，脐部极易发生感染，脐部感染极易引發新生儿败血症，增加新生儿死亡率，因此脐部感染一直被认为是新生儿严重并发症之一，也是导致新生儿死亡的主要原因，临床有研究认为，新生儿脐部护理质量与脐部并发症发生率有着极为密切的联系[1-2]。在上述研究背景下，本文为了分析新生儿脐部护理中优质护理服务的运用效果，特随机选定2016年3月-2018年3月笔者所在医院出生的新生儿110例研究，进行如下汇报。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取2016年3月-2018年3月在笔者所在医院出生的新生儿110例。纳入标准：（1）均为单胎妊娠;（2）Apgar评分均在7分以上[3]。排除标准：（1）母体伴有妊娠综合征;（2）合并宫内感染;（3）临床资料不完整;（4）合并先天性疾病、遗传性疾病;（5）家属不支持本研究。遵循随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组，每组55例。试验组女30例，男25例，胎龄36～40周，平均（38.62±1.26）周;出生体重2 136～4 428 g，平均（3 282.26±61.28）g;Apgar评分7～10分，平均（8.52±1.25）分;其中早产儿5例，足月儿50例。对照组女29例，男26例，胎龄38～41周，平均（38.75±1.01）周;出生体重2 186～4 404 g，平均（3 295.01±59.26）g;Apgar评分9～10分，平均（8.59±1.18）分;
