品管圈在床旁检测管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的：通过品管圈的应用使到笔者所在医院床旁检测操作流程及质量管理规范化，使床旁检验结果准确可靠。方法：采用品管圈管理工具的手法对医院床旁检测操作流程进行改进和优化。比较品管圈实施前后仪器合格率。结果：品管圈實施后，血糖仪和血气分析仪比对合格率均为100%，目标达成率分别为160.6%和161.9%，进步率分别为41.1%和200.3%。结论：品管圈应用于检验整体质量管理中，对检验科室管理质量效果和日常检验工作的整体提升具有明显效果。

[Abstract] Objective： To standardize the operation process and quality management of bedside inspection in our hospital through the application of quality control circle， and to make the results of bedside inspection accurate and reliable. Method： Quality control circle management tools were used to improve and optimize the operation process of hospital bedside detection. Compared the qualified rate of instruments before and after the implementation of quality control circle. Result： After the implementation of quality control circle， the qualified rate of blood glucose meter and blood gas analyzer was 100%， the target rate were 160.6% and 161.9%， and the progress rate were 41.1% and 200.3%. Conclusion： The application of quality control circle in the overall quality management of inspection has obvious effect on the management quality effect of inspection departments and the overall improvement of daily inspection work.

即时检验（point-of-care testing，POCT）又称即时检测，近年来发展迅速，目前以POCT血糖检测最为普遍，但如果使用过程中缺乏有效的质量管理，就会导致血糖仪检测结果出现偏差而影响临床诊疗质量。因此建立有效的POCT质量管理方案具有重要的意义[1-4]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2018年3月笔者成立品管圈，圈名是质量圈，确立主题名称为提高床旁检验结果的准确性;小组成员共9名，年龄25～35岁，包括圈长1名，辅导员1名，圈员7名，均为本科以上学历。2018年4-10月品管圈活动的实施，主要是通过品管圈成立前后POCT的检测结果比对来评价实施效果分析。要求所有成员遵守品管圈活动原则，实施步骤等，并按PDCA开展活动。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 选题理由 （1）对患者而言，及时正确床旁检验结果，可以及时辅助诊断疾病，缩短就医时间，节省医疗费用;（2）对医院而言，提高患者的满意……
