草业科学专业应用型人才需求调查研究

摘 要 新疆农业大学草业科学专业源源不断的为新疆的草业教育事业输送着人才，但目前社会对人才的需求已从以往偏重学术的知识型人才转向偏重实践的应用型人才，如何适应草业科学专业对于应用型人才的更高要求，如何科学、准确的定位草业科学专业应用型人才的培养目标是人才培养过程中必须重视和解决的问题。本文对草业科学专业应用型人才需求现状进行了调查及分析，并提出了相应的改革建议。

Research on the Demand of Applied Talents in Grassland Science

——Take an example of Grassland Science of Xinjiang Agriculture University

Abstract Grassland science of Xinjiang Agriculture University has been transporting talents for Xinjiang's Grass Industry Education. But， the demand for talents in society has shifted from academic knowledge-based talents to practical application-oriented talents， so how to adapt to higher requirements for applied talents in Grassland Science and how to scientifically and accurately orientate the training goal of Applied Talents is a problem that must be paid attention to and solved. Based on this， we investigate and analyze the demand situation of applied talents in grassland science and give some corresponding suggestions for the reform.

新疆農业大学草业科学专业在教学研究领域，经过多年的探索，逐步完善与形成了具有地区特色和优势的学科方向。草业科学专业在办学过程中形成了本、硕、博三个层次的教学体系和教学资源，教学改革也取得了显著成效。作为一门应用性极强的专业，草业科学专业在探索适合新疆草业和畜牧业发展的应用型人才培养方面一直在进行着积极探索，并取得了一定的成绩，为自治区乃至全国源源不断的输送着草业人才。依托于教育部西部干旱荒漠区草地资源与生态重点实验室，新疆维吾尔自治区草地资源与生态重点实验室、新疆维吾尔自治区“草学”高峰学科以及乌鲁木齐市南山谢家沟和乌鲁木齐市三坪农场等教学科研基地，不断加强实践教学力度。与此同时，与全疆各地州、县、市畜牧局及草原站保持着长期的合作和联系，在不断夯实“产—学—研”一体化教学模式的同时，继续深化学生实践技能的教育和培养。……
