工业机器人及其控制系统

摘 要：工业机器人也叫工业机械手，它是一种多关节或自由度较多的机械装置，目前多关节机器人市场占有率最高。这种装置通过程序控制以及自适应功能，依靠自己驱动机构和控制系统实现各种运动功能。随着科学技术的发展，人工智能的现代化，实现了工业机器人人工智能化。工业机器人主要由本体、驱动机构、控制系统组成，其中控制系统是核心。现在，工业机器人得到了广泛的运用，主要表现在焊接、码垛、搬运、打磨、折弯、3C等各个行业，极大的提高了工厂自动化程度、提高了工作效率、提高了产品质量，降低劳动强度和人力成本。

Abstract： Industrial robot is also called industrial manipulator. It is a kind of mechanical device with multiple joints or more degrees of freedom. Currently， the market share of multi-joint robot is the highest.This device realizes various motion functions through program control and adaptive function， relying on its own driving mechanism and control system.With the development of science and technology， the modernization of artificial intelligence， the realization of industrial robot artificial intelligence.Industrial robot is mainly composed of ontology， drive mechanism and control system， of which control system is the core.Now， industrial robots have been widely used， mainly in welding， stacking， handling， grinding， bending， 3C and other industries， greatly improve the degree of factory automation， improve work efficiency， improve product quality， reduce labor intensity and labor cost.

1 引言

从1954年第1台电子可编程工业机器人，到今天的人工智能机器人。机器人可以视为一种柔性控制极高的自动化装备，也是我们现代制造业中必不可少的关键装备。机器人高度的柔性控制技术使其在制造业中应用及其广泛。

目前，工业机器人技术代表了一个国家的产业竞争力以及创新能力，是科技产业革命的引入点。结合《中国制造2025》，我国制造业面临整体转型升级，而智能智造的快速崛起，使我们在不同领域酝酿出不同新机会。现在，工业机器人在我国已经发展为了新型高新技术产业。据国际机器人联合会（IFR）的统计，2018年全球装机量为42.2万台，比2017年增长6.0%，预计将从2020年到2022年平均每年保持增长率为12%。2018年，中国工业机器人产量达14.8万台，超过全球总产量的38%，2018年中国的工业机器人密度达到137，相比2017年提高了34.3%，远超同期全球平均水平，为我国经济的高质量、高速发展带来了新生机。……
