急性重度颅脑损伤患者围手术期的中西医结合护理

【摘 要】目的：探究在急性重度颅脑损伤患者围手术期的护理中采用中西医结合护理的效果。方法：选取50例急性重度颅脑损伤患者。均接受中西医结合护理，对患者术后康复治疗开始时间、治疗顺应性、恢复正常进食时间和日常生活活动能力评分等方面的治疗效果进行评价。结果：患者在接受手术后，其康复治疗开始时间为（4.27±2.18）d，术后恢复正常进食时间为（5.34±2.47）d，患者对治疗的顺应性评分（8.87±2.06）分，患者的日常生活活动能力评分（71.52±12.59）分，患者对护理的满意度评分为（92.67±8.48）分，总体护理效果较为理想。结论：在急性重度颅脑损伤患者围手术期的护理中采用中西医结合护理可以有效提升整体护理质量，增加患者对护理的满意度。

Nursing Care of Patients with Acute Severe Craniocerebral Injury in Perioperative Period by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract： .Objective：To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in perioperative nursing of patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Method：50patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were selected. All patients received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing，and evaluated the effect of rehabilitation treatment start time，treatment compliance，restoring normal eating time and daily living ability score.Result：After the operation，the patients'rehabilitation treatment start time was （4.27+2.18） days，the normal eating time was （5.34+2.47） days，the patients' compliance score for treatment was （8.87+2.06），the patients'activities of daily living （71.52+12.59），the patients' satisfaction score for nursing was （92.67+8.48），and the overall nursing care was given. The effect is ideal.Conclusion：In the perioperative nursing of patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury，integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing.

由于当今交通事故频发，随之而来的颅脑损伤等一系列的重度损伤已称为医学中不可忽视的问题，该病的病情危急，且复杂多变，具有极高的致残和致死率[1]。有研究表明，科学和人性化的中西医结合护理方案对于急性重症颅脑损伤患者术后康复具有一定的效果，可以提高患者的生存质量，在一定程度上缓解患者的病情[2]。本研究中通过多项指标进行评价，探究了中西医结合的护理方案对于急性重症颅脑损伤患者护理效果，现对具体研究报道如下。

1 资料与方法
