石油化工设备日常维护和维修的趋势

【摘 要】我国工业体系发达，人口众多，在经济的发展过程中对石油的产量和质量要求越来越高，在石油化工企业中石油化工设备工作的稳定性和科学性直接影响石油化工企业的生产效率和石油产品质量。论文主要针对新时代石油化工设备日常维护和维修的趋势进行探讨，指出石油化工设备维护的要求和相应措施，希望能够延长石油化工设备的使用寿命，保证石油化工设备能够正常生产运营，提高石油化工企业的经济效益。

【Abstract】 China has a developed industrial system and a large population. In the process of economic development， the demand for oil production and quality is getting higher and higher. The stability and scientificity of petrochemical equipment work in petrochemical enterprises directly affect the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises and the quality of petrochemical products. This paper mainly discusses the trend of the routine maintenance and repair of petrochemical equipment in the new era， and points out the requirements and corresponding measures for the maintenance of petrochemical equipment. It is hoped that the service life of petrochemical equipment can be prolonged， the normal production and operation of petrochemical equipment can be guaranteed， and the economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises can be improved.

1 引言

在石油化工行业中石油的开采高度依赖于石油化工设备，石油化工设备往往体量较大，由多种不同的机械设备组合而成，也是现代化程度和自动化程度相对比较高的生产设备。石油化工设备的运行效率直接影响石油的开采效率和产品的加工效率，关系着石油化工企业的经济效益，因此，必须要加强石油化工设备的维护和保养工作，及时发现石油化工设备的问题和隐患，保证设备能够正常持续运转，提高石油化工企业的生产效益。

2 石油化工设备维护维修概述

石油化工行业相对来说技术比较复杂，涉及的化工设备类型较多，主要包括换热设备、反应设备、各种仪器仪表、加工炉、燃烧炉、储存罐等，这些设备通过管道和阀门联合到一起，形成一个整体的石油化工设备系统。由于石油化工生产系统组成设备比较复杂，体量较大，因此，在实际生产运营过程中容易受到各种各样因素的影响，导致设备的正常运转遭到破坏。……
