化工产品链延伸与优化研究

【摘 要】化学工业制造出了各种各样的产品，市场前景广阔，但面对环境保护和产业结构不断升级的时代趋势，其面临的竞争愈发激烈、形势愈发严峻。所以加强清洁生产的建设推广、坚持可持续发展、建设集约型企业迫在眉睫。面对当前形势，我国的化工企业必须寻求更为先进的工艺，不断延长与优化产品链才能进一步提升发展空间。

【Abstract】Chemical industry has produced a variety of products， and has a broad market prospect. However， in the face of the trend of environmental protection and the upgrading of industrial structure， it is faced with increasingly fierce competition and severe situation. Therefore， it is urgent to strengthen the construction and promotion of cleaner production， adhere to the sustainable development and build intensive enterprises. Faced with the current situation， China's chemical enterprises must seek more advanced technology， and constantly extend and optimize the product chain， so as to further enhance the development space.

1 化工产品链的定义

目前，传统化学的发展空间已趋近饱和状态，精细化、深加工成为化工业新的发展方向，相关机构对化工的研究也随之发生了改变，从初期的面向过程发展到了面向产品。研究方向不断趋向微观化的化学工程，越来越注重市场需求，为延长产品链，不断加大力度设计和研发精细化学品、生物化工、医药等类型的高附加值专用化学品，采取了化学、工程和系统科学的方法来设计和制造新产品，同时原料价格不断上涨、环保政策也越来越严等一些因素也严重影响了化工企业的发展，为寻求新的发展空间，化工企业也逐步以产品链为主不断优化生产。

目前有不少产品链的相关定义，但几乎没有化工产品链的准确定义。李琼玖虽然在甲醇燃料与化工产品的科学发展观中涉及到对化工产品链的解释，但也没有给出明确的定义。笔者认为，在化工生产过程中将一种或者几种化工原料通过各个工艺的加工形成的生产链条称为化工产品链，因此它可定义为化工生产过程中上游产品为下游产品提供原料、不断将初级产品通过精加工形成的一系列产品。……
