关于体育档案信息化建设的几点思考

【摘 要】随着科学技术的不断发展，尤其是现代信息技术的飞速发展，信息技术在传统档案管理工作中的应用程度不断深化，可以有效提升档案的管理效率和管理质量，保证档案管理的安全性与可靠性。论文主要针对当前体育档案信息化建设的重要性进行探讨，指出目前仍然存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案，希望能够加强档案管理信息化程度，建立起行之有效的档案信息化管理体系，保障档案管理效果。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of science and technology， especially the rapid development of modern information technology， the application of information technology in traditional archives management is deepening， which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of archives management， and ensure the safety and reliability of archives management. This paper mainly discusses the importance of the current sports archives information construction， points out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions， hoping to strengthen the information level of archives management， and establish an effective archives information management system， so as to ensure the effectiveness of archives management.

1 引言

随着时代的不断发展，传统的档案管理模式已经无法满足当前大数据时代的发展要求，因此，在档案管理过程中引入信息化管理方案已经成为大势所趋。信息化的档案管理模式可以跨越时间与空间的限制，实现资源的共享，解决传统纸质档案所带来的空间存储与查询方面的问题，有效提升档案管理效率与档案管理质量。

2 体育档案信息化建设的重要性

传统的以纸质档案为主的管理方式在管理保存过程中存在很多不稳定因素，比如纸质文件的保存环境要求较高，容易受到各种因素的影响而出现破坏与缺失，面临霉变、氧化以及灾害和不可控因素销毁等问题。将信息技术引入到体育档案管理过程中，能够有效弥补传统档案管理过程中的不足，通过计算机技术将传统档案信息录入到信息管理系统中，并通过电子文件的形式进行保存与使用，不仅可以提高档案的管理效率和档案管理的安全性，而且也极大地方便线下人们或者企业查询档案，使得档案能够随时调用。……
