失能人员起床上床护理操作分析及单人护理操作技术开发

摘  要：目的 设计了一套单人执行的失能人员起床上床护理操作。方法 根据一般人体基本数据，应用人机工程学、力学基本原理对现有失能人员起床上床护理操作进行分析，并将分析结果与现实护理操作对应比照。结果 针对现有失能人员起床上床护理操作难于单人操作的问题，本着单人完成失能人员起床上床护理操作的理念，根据一般人体基本数据、人机工程学、人体结构力学、机械原理、力学基本原理，来设计失能人员起床上床护理操作。结论 由于改变了施力方式，大幅减小了失能人员起床上床护理操作的劳动强度。基本实现一般成人单人完成失能人员起床上床的护理操作。

Abstract： Objective  It is designed a set of nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed for single-person. Methods  According to the general human basic data， it is analyzing the existing nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed for using of ergonomics， the basic principles of mechanics， and the results of the analysis juxtapose with this practical nursing operation. Results  The difficult problem is in connection with the nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed for single-person. The idea is completing the nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed for single-person. It is designing a set of nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed for single-person， according to the general human basic data， ergonomics， human body structure mechanics， mechanical principles， mechanics basic principles. Conclusions  Due to changes in the way the force， it is greatly reducing the labor intensity of nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed. The basic realization of the general adult single person complete the nursing operation of disabled elders to get out of bed， go to bed.

隨着社会的发展，对失能人员的护理有了长足的进步，护理装备的进步促进了相关护理技术也进一步发展。但在失能人员的6项指标中，失能人员的起坐护理技术并没有随着护理装备的进步而有相应的起色。原因是起坐装备虽解决了失能人员从卧姿变成坐姿的问题，但没有解决离开久卧（或坐）之床（即上下床问题），没有解决失能人员因久卧（或坐）造成失能人员臀部及比邻的大腿部分血流不畅、潮湿而产生的不适及褥疮。而目前解决这一问题只能通过人力，即采用多人协作且按照一定的护理操作来实现或找一力量奇大的护理人员按照一定的护理操作来完成。……
