耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷对慢性心力衰竭患者便秘的影响及生活质量观察

【摘要】 目的：观察耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷对慢性心力衰竭患者便秘以及生活质量的影响。方法：采用随机数字表法将162例慢性心力衰竭便秘患者随机分为试验组（耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗）以及对照组（常规治疗与护理），每组各81例。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1周后便秘症状积分、生活质量（QOL-100）量表评分变化。结果：治疗1周后，两组患者便秘症状积分均较治疗前降低，且试验组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）;两组患者生理、心理、社会关系、生活状况、独立能力五个方面评分均较治疗前提高，且观察组患者各项评分变化幅度均较对照组更大（P<0.05）。结论：耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性心率衰竭便秘患者可有效缓解便秘症状，提升患者生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effects of auricular acupoint pressing and bean combined with acupoint application on constipation and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Method：A total of 162 patients with chronic heart failure and constipation were randomly divided into experimental group（auricular point pressing and bean combined with acupoint application）and control group（conventional treatment and nursing）according to the random number table method，81 cases in each group.The scores of constipation symptoms and quality of life（QOL-100）scale were compared between the two groups before treatment and after treatment 1 week.Result：After treatment 1 week，the constipation symptoms scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment，the score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（P<0.05）.The scores of five aspects of physiology，psychology，social relations，living conditions and independent ability in the two groups were higher than those before treatment，the changes of the scores in observation group were larger than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Auricular acupoint pressing with bean combined with acupoint application can effectively alleviate the constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and constipation.

慢性心力衰竭是由炎症、心肌梗死、肌病、血流动力学负荷加重等因素导致的心肌损伤以及心肌功能、结构变化，是一种常见心血管疾病，也是导致多数心血管疾病患者死亡的主要原因之一[1-2]。心力衰竭患者由于长期卧床、活动受限，因而易出现各种并发症，便秘是其中较常见的并发症之一[3]，便秘患者用力排便可能诱发心律失常，使病情加重，可能对患者生命安全造成威胁，且可加重患者痛苦，影响其生活质量[4-5]。临床治疗慢性心力衰竭便秘患者的采用的药物和方法疗效并不理想，服用药物易引发腹泻、腹痛[6]。基于此，本研究将耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷应用于慢性心力衰竭合并便秘患者的治疗，具体报道如下。

1 资料与方法
