基于智能机器人的图书馆管理与服务创新

摘  要：该文主要简要探讨了“互联网+”背景下，实体图书馆管理与服务水平欠缺的相关问题。并从这些问题着手，分析了引入智能化图书管理的必要性，以提高实体图书馆的管理与服务水平来适应未来图书馆的发展需求。该文采用观察法、访谈法、文献研究法分别从读者和图书管理者的角度进行需求挖掘，列举了机器人技术在现今图书馆的潜在应用价值，初步分析了图书馆用机器人的功能架构，设计了机器人的实体结构和技术组成，并对部分环节进行了模拟实验。最后，该文以该机器人的运用为基础，提出了几项图书馆在服务与管理方面可做出的创新。

Abstract： This paper briefly discussed problems related to underserved management to physical library in the context of "Internet plus". Starting with these problems， this paper analyzed the necessity of introducing intelligent library management， so as to improve the management and service level of physical libraries to meet the development needs of future libraries. This paper employed the method of observation， interview  and literature research， respectively extracted demands from the perspective of readers and the librarian， list the potential application value of robot technology in modern library， preliminarily analysis of  the structrue of the robot function， designed the entity structure and technology of the robot， and simulated experiments for some segments. Finally， based on the application of the robot， this paper proposed several innovations that libraries can make in service and management.

随着社会经济的发展与科学技术的进步，传统图书馆已经不能满足人们的阅读需求。数字图书馆的相关研究得到了广泛关注，并开始进入实践状态。在国务院印发《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》后，我国出现了“互联网+”理论和应用研究的热潮，传统图书馆也在此背景下做出了许多创新，例如出现了图书馆用APP、微信小程序等线上服务产品[1]。相对而言，图书馆线下服务的发展和革新，在“互联网+”背景下被忽视。智能机器人对于图书馆管理服务系统的升级创新具有不可替代的作用。早在20多年前，自动存取系统就开始在国外图书馆内使用，而我国在近10年内才出现了图书馆智能机器人的相关概念[2]。……
