摘 要:基于目前电力系统对数据信息完整性,可靠性有了更高的要求,且目前电力终端的通讯手段的匮乏,采集信息通道单一等问题,主要介绍一种多模电力终端的设计。终端兼容GPRS/CDMA模块,230 MHz模块和以太网模块多种通讯模块的方式,根据比对各种通讯方式的性能,选择当前情况下最稳定,最可靠的通讯方式进行数据传输,以此来满足电力系统对数据采集信息的完整性和可靠性高要求。该方案使终端具备多种通讯手段,在通讯条件较差的环境下,有一定的实用价值以及参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the current power system on the integrity of data and information,reliability has a higher requirement,and the current lack of power terminal means of communication,the acquisition of information channels are single and other issues. This paper mainly introduces the design of a multimode for power terminal. The terminal is compatible with GPRS/CDMA module,230 MHz module and Ethernet module. According to the performance comparison of various communication modes,the most stable and reliable communication mode is selected to transmit data in order to meet the requirements of high integrity and reliability of data acquisition information in power system. The scheme makes the terminal have a variety of means of communication,and has certain practical value and reference value under the poor communication conditions.

隨着我国电力系统远端主站系统低压远程抄表的日益推进,2020年将实现低压全覆盖,自动抄表电量覆盖率达到95%以上的目标。从而对低压远程抄表系统运行维护技术要求越来越高。然而,目前低压运维还处于一个比较低的水平,低压集中器只能通过单一的GPRS/CDMA通信方式与远端主站通信,数据采集完整率无法得到保证,往往无法在电量结算日前完整、准确的将用户用电信息自动抄回,迫使供电局自动化抄表一直处于自动化抄表和人工现场抄表的双轨工作制中,给供电局电量抄核收工作带来了极大的不便。
因此为了远端主站系统能够准确、及时、完整的实现低压用户的自动化抄表,急需增加多种通讯方式与远端主站通信。随着通信技术的迅猛发展和产业化程度的提升,光缆通讯,485通讯,230 MHz通讯以及北斗通讯等作为GPRS/CDMA通迅方式的补充手段,已陆续进入研发试点中。……
