高层建筑给水排水施工技术特点探究

【摘 要】给排水施工作为高层建筑施工的重要组成部分，其施工质量好坏直接影响到最终的工程施工质量，因此需要对其引起高度重视。然而在实际施工过程中，由于没有准确把握给排水施工技术，导致一系列施工质量问题出现，也对整个工程施工效率及质量造成了极大影响。论文结合高层建筑给排水施工，对施工技术特点进行探讨和分析，希望能够对相应施工发挥一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】As an important part of high-rise building construction， the construction quality of water supply and drainage directly affects the final construction quality of the project， so it needs to be attached great importance to. However， in the actual construction process， due to the inaccurate grasp of water supply and drainage construction technology， resulting in a series of construction quality problems， which also has a great impact on the construction efficiency and quality of the whole project. Combined with the water supply and drainage construction of high-rise buildings， this paper discusses and analyzes the technical characteristics of the construction， and it is hoped that this can play a guiding role in the corresponding construction.

1 引言

随着近几年我国加大了城市现代化建设力度，建筑行业获得突飞猛进发展，尤其是高层建筑，现已经发展成为我国最为主要的一种建筑形式，而给排水施工作为高层建筑施工的重要组成内容，在实际施工过程中需要严格按照施工要求对给排水系统进行科学合理设计，并对各项施工要点加强控制，以此保障高层建筑工程施工质量[1]。基于此，本文对高层建筑给排水施工技术特点进行了分析和探讨。

2 高层建筑给排水施工

2.1 给排水系统

高层建筑工程开展给排水施工主要是完成将城镇给水管网水资源引入到室内，以此满足各个用水点对水压、水质和水量的要求。同时，建筑给排水系统主要包含建筑给水系统和建筑排水系统两方面内容。
