新时代商务英语人才培养模式探析

【摘要】中国面对经济迅猛发展，对于英语人才的需求不断增加，伴随着经济的迅速发展，针对商务英语人才的培养，又有了更高的要求。多年来，我们的确培养了很多英语专业的人才，然而，英语高端人才依然匮乏，究其原因，我们的社会发展迅速，如果不及时审视社会发展动态，调整教学模式，就会让学生未来就业处于被动状态，抑或是因为学生的价值观偏颇，很难以立志于爱国，建设祖国的高度去学习。

【Abstract】Facing the soaring development of Chinese economy， the demands of English talents are gradually increasing. As the rapid development of economy， the requirements to cultivating the business English talents are higher. For many years， we do shape a lot of English talents. However， the superior talents are limited. The elementary reason is that we need to change the teaching model as the development and trends of the society. Otherwise， the graduates will be in the negative circumstances when facing the employment， or they could hardly construct or serve the country from the heart of loving country.

一、引言

随着中国经济的迅猛发展，我国针对外语人才的要求也是水涨船高，按照陈旧的外语教学要求培养学生，已经开始渐渐地无法跟上时代的潮流，为了让高校学生毕业后可以更好地发挥自己的特长，为祖国做出重要的贡献，对于学生的素质要求在不断地增加。与此同时，针对高校的英语教学，尤其是商务英语教学提出了更高的要求。在这样的背景下，高校教师也要积极调整教学模式，以服务国家改革发展和对外战略为根本，为培养符合社会发展的新型商务英语人才做出积极的准备，不愧对教师这个神圣的名字。

二、理论基础与相关研究

目前，国内基于商务英语专业毕业生与就业发展的相关的研究并不多，在中国知网中检索后发现仅有1667篇文章是英语就业与发展相关的研究，其中与商务英语专业相关的论文的仅为316篇，每年发表的文章都不足50篇。……
