现代工程技术在建筑工程管理中的应用研究

【摘 要】我国建筑工程管理过程中存在不少问题，很多建筑工程项目管理在许多方面不适应现实需要，为了适应建筑工程管理的特点和要求，工程项目管理中引入现代工程技术，特别是信息技术，对于建筑施工企业管理的优化配置，实现工程项目的合同目标、工程经济效益和社会效益的统一有重要作用。本文通过阐述建筑工程管理中引入现代工程技术的必然性，进行建筑工程管理中现代技术的应用分析。

Application Research of Modern Engineering Technology in Construction Engineering Management

【Abstract】There are many problems in the process of construction engineering management in China. Many construction project managements are not suitable for practical needs in many aspects. In order to adapt to the characteristics and requirements of construction engineering management， modern engineering technology， especially information technology， is introduced into engineering project management. The optimal allocation of construction enterprise management plays an important role in achieving the contractual objectives of the project， the economic benefits of the project and the unification of social benefits. This paper expounds the inevitability of introducing modern engineering technology in construction engineering management， and analyzes the application of modern technology in construction engineering management.

建筑工程管理，包括施工管理，也就是投標、施工组织、施工控制，资源管理;人财物的管理;信息搜集和积累;企业管理数字化等。

1. 建筑工程管理引入现代工程技术的必然性

（1）创新、改革、发展是我国长期坚持的基本战略。建筑工程企业走改革、创新、发展一体化道路是一项艰苦而关键的任务。管理、资本、体制、制度、技术等各个方面都要有优势，企业才能占有相应的市场份额。另外，随着国际承包商进入中国建筑施工市场，国内建筑企业面临更加严峻的挑战，对建筑施工管理引入现代工程技术的要求更为迫切。

（2）随着市场经济的确立和发展，人们的思想观念、经营意识逐步转变，市场观念、竞争意识逐渐强化，建筑施工企业在招标承包制下推向市场，建筑施工项目能否全面、顺利实施，解决好项目与企业之间的关系，避免因责任不明、关系模糊、约束不严等各种不确定因素造成的影响项目管理的正常实施，建筑工程管理必须引入现代工程技术，通过创新使项目管理适应现代企业制度建设的要求。……
