乳腺癌患者的心理状况及其心理干预探究

【摘  要】目的：分析乳腺癌患者的心理状况并为其实施心理干预。方法：2017年3月至2018年10月在我院收治的乳腺癌患者中随机抽取86例并分为参考组（n=43）和观察组（n=43），为所有患者实施常规护理干预，主要包括病情观察、用药指导、功能锻炼等，同时为观察组患者实施心理护理。结果：护理前2组患者SDS以及SAS评分经对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后观察组患者各项目评分均较参考组患者低，2组评分经对比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：分析和评估患者心理状况并实施针对性护理干预有助于改善其负性情绪。

【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the psychological status of breast cancer patients and carry out psychological intervention for them. Methods： from March 2017 to October 2018， 86 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the reference group （n=43） and the observation group （n=43）. Routine nursing intervention was performed for all patients， mainly including condition observation， medication guidance and functional exercise， while psychological nursing was performed for the observation group. Results： there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）， and the scores of each item in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group after nursing （P<0.05）. Conclusion： the analysis and evaluation of patients' psychological status and the implementation of targeted nursing intervention can help improve their negative emotions.

作为临床发生率较高的恶性肿瘤，乳腺癌嚴重损害女性患者身心健康，患者需要承受上肢功能障碍、乳房形体改变等因素的刺激，而且癌症作为应激源，极易诱导患者出现各种心理问题，进而影响其身体康复并形成恶性循环，难以取得理想的病情控制效果[1]，此次研究旨在分析2017年3月至2018年10月乳腺癌患者心理状况并为其实施心理干预，做如下报告：

1 资料与方法

1.1基本资料  在我院收治的乳腺癌患者中随机抽取86例，纳入标准如下：病情均经病理学检查确诊;入选患者在知情同意术上签字。排除标准如下：乳腺癌转移患者、预计生存期限不足3个月患者;神经系统疾病患者[2]。入选对象均经随机序列法分为2组，参考组（n=43）患者年龄24-83周岁，平均（52.3±6.8）岁，观察组（n=43）患者年龄22-86周岁，平均（51.8±6.5）岁。入选患者经分组后其临床基本资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
