浅谈UWB在商用车装配过程的应用

摘 要：UWB（Ultra Wideband）是一种纳秒至微秒级采用非正弦波在短距离内低功率高速传输的无线通讯技术。依据UWB技术，在商用车总装配过程中通过在产线车辆安装定位标签，在装配车间及调试区域内布设微基站，即可实时精确的定位车辆在装配过程中具体位置，同时将标签ID号和车辆状态信息进行绑定，即可零延时地将车辆状态信息传递到工厂控制中心，从而由管理部门进行协调调度，缩短商用车装配周期。关键詞：UWB;装配过程;车辆定位;状态信息中图分类号：U466  文献标识码：B  文章编号：1671-7988（2019）01-143-02

Abstract： UWB（Ultra Wideband） is a wireless communication technology that uses low power and high speed transmission of non-sine waves from nanosecond to microsecond levels within a short distance. According to UWB technology，In the process of assembly of commercial vehicles， by installing positioning tags on production line vehicles and placing microbase stations in assembly workshops and commissioning areas， the specific position of the vehicles in the assembly process can be accurately and accurately positioned in real time. 1 实施依据和定位原理

1.1 实施依据

本项目施工方案符合国家标准“电工建设质量管理规范GB50300”、“无线电传输设备安全要求GB9159”、“计算机网站安全要求GB2887-89”、“国家无线电规则”、“公路隧道施工JTGF60-2009”的技术设计，总体施工方案符合无线电建筑标准和国家法律法规。

1.2 定位原理

该技术采用TDOA（到达时间差的原理），并利用UWB定位技术测量定位标签与不同定位基站之间无线信号传播的时间差。由此获得定位标签与定位基站之间的距离差，并实现标签定位。TDOA技术的使用不需要定位标签和定位基站之间的往复通信。

2 系统构成及方法

2.1 系统架构及方法介绍

在商用车装配过程中，UWB可根据车辆移动情况，分为在总装配线的一维定位及在调试过程中的二维定位。

根据定位区域面积可将一定数量的定位基站、同步控制器、定位标签组成一个定位系统，通过同步控制器进行配置管理，将数据汇总，由通用接口提供给上层应用平台软件使用。……
